Campion books monopoly
Stationery is more expensive overall than Officeworks. Officeworks has a competitive policy that will beat any same priced items by 10%. With bulk buying power and schools making it compulsory to purchase text books through Campion, prices should be more reasonable.
Addressed to student instead of order name
Ive had two separate orders for two children two weeks.
I put parents name and work address as the address order details.
It then asks for students name and grade which I provided.
Both parcels were addressed to the student (not the parent named). This makes delivery super difficult as my husbands name wasnt even on the label which was sent to his work
Delivery was fast
Email correspondence was initially great and ordered arrives surprisingly quick BUT we are still waiting on a back order. It has Now Been quite some weeks now with no correspondence.
A bit pricey
Campion is pretty much one of very few places you can get school text books these days. It is also the one recommended by the schools. Because of this, the prices are very high with no consideration on how hard it is for families to budget for books the kids will only use for 1 year and then they change them the next year...
They had 1 item for the year 12 cillibus called The Castle. I thought it was a book. They charged $18.95 for a $4 DVD and had in brackets (No Returns) because they know people would get P'd off.
Delivery was pretty quick bu...

Know better, choose better.
We wanted to collect but you only had delivery options. Why?
Service good but I think we should also have the option on collection. Otherwise the service is good. Thanks for your service. Location especially the school is in central Brisbane
School doesn't give us a choice but to order through Campion !
The order process is very easy. I don't feel it's fair to pay a processing fee when our school gives us no option but to order through Campion. I'm also not sure why when I pay and place an order for Year 12 resources on 2nd September, the resources aren't going to be delivered until week ending 11th October. I assume it's because you use the school holidays to get in cheap student labour to pack the boxes. When I order and pay, an acceptable time should be delivery within 7-10 business days.
Needs to review price and delivery charge
Some book prices are higher than other online stores and the delivery charge per book really needs to be reviewed and charged per delivery. The delivery was prompt and packaging was ok.
Waited over a week for an e-text code.
Waited over a week for an e-text code. Was told they were waiting codes from supplier but never had to wait for a code or follow them up before. Could improve on this area.
