Shocking printer even worse customer service
Printer specs state 100 sheet tray..can put in 50 sheets MAX to avoid spooling issues ad your printing to be right at the top of the page. After countless hours with customer service they told me that well maybe 50 sheets is the max and there is nothing they can do.
Purchased at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores.

Canon TS6360
I hate it hate it hate it hate it.
I've always bought Canon going back to more than 25 years as they're easily the best printers around.
This time I bought the TS6360. Normal printing is excellent and I have no problems there.
The problem starts when you try to print a high res paper from the cassette tray - or any other tray come to think about it. The printer is now telling me that I can't as the cassette only prints from plain paper.
Trying to print from the rear tray is just as stressful as the printer tells me the size is wrong or the paper is wrong or there's snow on the line or anything but what I've told the ruddy printer.

My Mac will not recognise my TS 6360 as a scanner. Prints fine via my WiFi connection, but won't recognise it as a scanner. Yes , I have downloaded the latest drivers. Yes I have followed the on line guides and videos. Finger poised over a one star rating at the moment. What a waste of an afternoon...
