Zero stars for customised jigsaw. Don’t be fooled- NOT Australian made!
1) arrived very very late. In a damaged box. All the pieces were squeezed into a tiny box.
2) jigsaw pieces filthy! I had to clean each one of the 300odd pieces. The canvas printout was also filthy. See attached picture of HOW DIRTY the rag got after only a few pieces!!
3) several of the pieces were scratched/ not printed well. Smudged ink or white spots on some pieces. Very very POOR quality.
So disappointing! I was unable to get through any form of contact online to make this complaint.

Lousy experience, delivered 3 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is that I haven't had a chance to open the puzzle and put it together so I don't know the quality of the product, only the quality of the customer service which was crap. I ordered a custom puzzle of one of my father's photographs for Christmas. The order was guaranteed by December 25th. A few days before I reached out to the company because I saw that it had not shipped. They were unable to tell me if it would arrive in time or tel...l me the status of my order. On December 25th I received an email that my order has been shipped, however when I clicked the link I learned that they had only printed the address label. The package did not arrive at the delivery service for 2-3 more days. This is an important detail because I understand that delivery services were overwhelmed due to the pandemic and things were running late. That would be understandable and not Canvas Champ's fault. Canvas Champ failed to have the product ready to be shipped until days past the guaranteed delivery date. This is not a problem with slow delivery on a national scale, this is a problem with this company taking on more work than they can realistically complete and failing to notify customers even when they were asking about it. I should have gone to Walgreens and gotten it there. I will never order from Canvas Champ again and can not recommend that you do either.
Terrible customer service and they lie about their delivery dates to get your business.
I should have read the reviews first but based on their website they had production in Australia so I wrongly assumed all would be good. Their production isnt in Australia and customer service do not provide any information at all, apart from they will send the tracking information when the goods are shipped. I ended up cancelling my order and will try an Australian based business.

Ordered for Christmas. Was given delivery estimation of December 11. Received half my order on December 31st - a canvas and some 6x10 prints, but the colours looked pretty washed out and the canvas print came out pretty low res. Not happy.
The large poster prints didn't arrive at all.
Called customer service, and to their credit they answered straight away? They said they'd arrange for the framed prints to be sent "as soon as possible."
It's January 1. I ordered November 28th for Christmas.
Just go to Officeworks.
Still waiting - Update, item now received
I'm in Queensland and I ordered for Christmas gift early but hasn't arrived. When I ordered they said would arrive by 10th December. Looking at the online it STILL says delivery by 10th December even though it's now the 23rd. I have now had to buy something else for a Christmas gift.
Reading these reviews I note that the factory is in India, but I specifically googled for 'made in Australia' products. I have no problem with Covid being a reason for delay, or factory shutdowns, this is out of everyone's control. But I specifically didn't ...

Made my order for a custom photo jigsaw for Xmas present back on December 6 as they said it would arrive by Xmas (as other reviews have also talked about). By December 22 I had no update on my order so called the 1800 number for the company and spoke to someone I couldn’t hear well at all. They asked when I made the order and that real-life events are causing the order to be late. My order was still “in production” as well. I ended up sending them an email to say I wanted a full refund if the order didn’t arrive by Xmas (which it didn’t) and to...my surprise they actually came through with the goods. I still wouldn’t bother buying from them ever again, but nice to know I wasn’t completely ripped off. I’ve discovered I can actually get the same produce through Kmart so will go this way next time.
Ordinary at best
Ordered early December based on the fact they guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I hadn't had any updates so tracked my order and it was still 'In production'. That's when I started investigating and found out they were offshore.
I contacted customer service 4 days before Christmas, they said it was still in production and that it was only the 21st and it would make it - I then asked them about how if it was still in production in India how they were going to get it to Melbourne in 4 days - I then requested that the order be cancelled and that ...
Poor Customer Service
I ordered some canvas prints in November as they were for a Xmas present, here I am 20th December still waiting. After following up several times all I get from them is that the prints are still in production after 5 weeks and I will be advised when they are to be shipped. The customer service is terrible no updates received unless I chase them up and now no xmas present for my daughter in law
Disappointing product and awful customer service
I ordered a simple print on canvas, which when it arrived was lined up incorrectly. Customer service was terrible, and on the second attempt, the image was AGAIN lined up incorrectly.
I am now struggling to get a response from customer service. I regret using this company, and not looking at reviews first.
They are misleading, implying they are an Australian company, which they are not.

TWO FAULTY PRINTS IN A ROW
I have had a number of good prints from CC, but my last order had a number of faults. CC were slow to respond but did provide a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was as bad as the original. Time to look around for a more reliable printer.

the company is a scam.. they print in low quality and eveything was damaged then they argued on the phone when trying to get a refund... they are based in india.. not australia buyer beware spend your money elsewhere, do yourself a favour and save the hassle
Poor quality product and customer service
I ordered a set of coasters with some text at the bottom of each. The photos were not centred on the coasters and the text was faded and partly cut off. I asked for a replacement which they eventually agreed to but the parcel got lost in Singapore. I still haven't received it or my money back. I thought this was an Australian business due the web address but my shipment came from India and they definitely don't operate during Australian business working hours. I would strongly recommend NOT using them.
Poor Quality - Poor Customer Service - Custom Print Fleece Blanket
The item has finally arrived. 3 weeks later than the promised time. THEY ARE NOT IN AUSTRALIA. The Item is of abysmal quality. The colours and contrast is completely wrong. When the fleece is moved, it looks worn and shabby because the print is only on one side the nap, not through the fibres. Trying to do a refund and return
Zero quality control and terrible service
I ordered 3 cushions with family crest on both sides. When they arrived the colour on one side was a bit off but the other side was a nightmare. The image was Gray and was printed 3 times overlapping. Completely unrecognisable. After several unanswered phone calls and several chats and sending photos of the poor quality i wanted my money back but the insisted they reprint them. I said the proofs they sent were good they just need to actually look at the finished product before sending it.
So they sent it again and this time they only sent 2 an...
Ok but nothing special, try somewhere else
I ordered 2 custom picture jigsaws a small one and a larger one.
The delivery was prompt, but the large jigsaw was crammed into a plastic container that was too small and the other one was in plastic container that was broken at the corner (probably from shipping). As these are presents i had to buy new boxes to make them more presentable.

Failed to deliver within time frame but received full refund with no issues
I ordered a large 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and paid a little extra for the express freight. Unfortunately we got to the ETA date and the item had not finished production. Contacted them using live chat and they offered up a refund on all shipping & handling cost and advised me that it will be dispatched within 24hrs. I then realised it was not coming from Australia and would never make it in time for me to give as a birthday gift. I contacted them a second time via live chat and explained and they gave me a full refund that landed back on my PayPal within 15mins. I can not say if the delay was due to Covid19 or if this is just how they operate. Main thing is that I got my refund with no hassle.

I have been promised a delivery of 30 Nov which is why I proceeded with the transaction, emailed to find out the delivery a status of my delivery but no reply. How the heck does this company continue to be top of google search????? Any one at Canvas Chap please give me some feedback as this is a gift!
