This is a 5 star car yard!!!
After having no car for 3 years, a friend recommended Capalaba Car World. I was fully sworn off ever buying through a car yard ever again after a devastating rip off experience the last time I went through one 7 years ago and losing $10000.
Went to car yard on Saturday, explained what I was looking for and how much I could spend. Was shown 3 equally great value, very tidy cars and after test driving decided on the Ford Focus. Purchased and after paperwork and a great chat full of advice and reassurance, off I went.

Read more sudden had gear problems only being able to use 1st and 2nd in my 5spd. Contacted Craig at car yard who instantly reassured me not to stress, then organised pickup of car, gave me a loan car until fixed as he knew I had my daughters wedding in 3 days, and certainly was under no obligation whatsoever to do this, relieving any stress instantly. 4 days later my car was ready and the car swap happened again. Craig has been happy to help answer any questions to do with car that I've had and even helped repair my windscreen washer though once again, under no obligation whatsoever. For anybody looking at purchasing a 2nd hand car, give Capalaba Car World a go!! They have restored my faith in car yards and have made me feel like a valued customer since day 1.- Product Quality

Found what I was looking for
I found the 09 Mazda BT50 Freestyle I had been searching for online and contacted the guys at Capalaba Car World. Living 600klm away was daunting but Micheal was very helpful and honest about the condition of the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and all correspondence was professional and reassuring. I flew to the Brisbane and found the car as I was told it would be and in very good condition, in fact better than what I expected. Driving the car home impressed me even more. We looked everywhere for a good clean honda crv auto left my contact detail with Craig and with in a few I got a call tell me they have found a car for me, my wife and viewed and drove the car made an offer and 2 day late we pick our new car up thanks guy great job.

Very poor service
My Closed friend bought this car and got ripped off as the color and rust started fading after he gone home so be careful
