I wouldn't buy from kings motors again
My car has a problem and they wont help me fix it I also seen someone return thier car as it was a death trap and wasn't happy buying from them
I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE KINGS MOTORS
I bought a car from them & the motor & gearbox fell out 6 weeks later
I bought a used car from smile autos whom operate from car city in minchinbury
before I bought the car the dealer installed a had his mechanic install a new clutch & it all seemed ok but I drove over a speed bump and the motor dropped approximately 6 inches & as a result it broke the drive shaft at the cv joint ,
I phoned & tried to communicate with them several times to ask them to cover some of the repair costs & he told me to back off & hung up the phone every time & he would not accept that his mechanic had clearly caused these probl...
Sold me a lemon
Car had an oil leak, they said they would fix it. They had my car for a couple of days. Said they fixed it. Got it back, had a mechanic go over it and they said that it had an oil leak. Took it back to car city and they were rude to myself and my mechanic. Currently having to spend additional monies to get my car fixed
Many mechanical faults and major hassles to get the repairs done properly nor professionally. A mess. Very sad. My son had same issues. Within weeks of purchase, needed new ignition coil. Overheated, breakdown, towing fees that dealership should have paid, I am out of pocket now. Dodgy repairs, independent mechanic has a long list of issues and 3 oil leaks. It is beyond a joke and I am only 2 months into having the car.
Do not trust Kingz
Do not trust these sleazy vile pustules. Even by car salesman status, these guys are the worst of a bad bunch. They will sell a vehicle that you have put a deposit down on without hesitation and are about as genuine as a rattlesnake whilst doing so. If the worst and most unpleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle is what you are after then these annoying ants are your go to.
Avoid Kingz Motors
Bought a Toyota Yaris. Was assured that it was in good condition and had passed the pink slip inspection only for it to break down 4 days later. When I went back to them, I was told that someone had said they’d told me about the issue and then also told that the person who sold it to me was known to be dodgy. 1, why would I buy a car that has a problem without fixing it and 2, why does someone like that work for you guys unless your all in the same boat aka dodgy. Took it to my mechanic who fixed the issue and I went back to them and was never ...compensated for that. They did eventually fix it but how can you know for sure after all that stuff around. Definitely do not recommend kingz motors at all, terrible service. Only one helpful guy out of all of them.
Dodgy unprofessional terrible
Bought a car realised that there was a gearbox problem after only having the car for five minutes gave it back to them they sent it to the mechanic where I then had to pick it up 45 minutes away only to find out that none of the issues are fixed. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them the mechanic that they send it to is just as dodgy as them. But they’re only excuse is they’re not mechanics they just sell the car.
Sorry guys it car city Minchinbury At United autos but maybe you guys should sell a product that you actually know somet...
Very happy customers
Me and my partner decided to go look at car city to toy with the option of trading in my Navara work Ute for something more family oriented.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a professional salesperson who was on his way to finish work for the day, but decided to stay back and help us anyway. We were very grateful for this.
The salesman listened to what we wanted, and within 2 cars found the perfect car for us. A dodge nitro, not long after he told us to steer away from the car we were initially after because they are known to be expensive to ...replace parts for. Again, we were super grateful for this too. We managed to come to an agreement that I would trade my car for the new car, with $0 owed by either party. For the first time at a car dealership I found that I didn’t feel ‘ripped off’ and me and my partner were quite impressed with what they offered me for my Ute, and the deal on the new dodge. The paperwork was handled professionally with warranty provided, and all in all me and my partner both felt that a good deal was made which is not usually how I’ve felt with car dealerships in the past.
Well over priced
I have been looking for a car went to car city the other day and was disgusted with the price’s of the cars there well over priced and they want to give very little for your trade in.
Will not buy from there they are a rip off and some cars have been bought from auction then they sell for top dollar.
I can’t thank the experts at Car City enough. 5 stars all round. Professional sales team, impressive complex, huge selection in thousands of cheap cars. The cafe was brilliant as well as the playground to keep the kids entertained. Highly recommend

No refund on sale cancellation
I signed the contract to purchase a vehicle. Big mistake.
Cancelled the contract within the cooling off period and can not get my deposit back.
!!Do not buy from Car Connextion!!
Dodgey Duncan is why people don't trust car dealerships.
Worst place I’ve ever been too they have rip off a 19 year boy on his first car- do not ever use this place
We brought a car from mates rates and the first week the engine light come on he has had the car for 5 months paying $650 a month for a car that he can not use and hasn’t had for month as it’s in there work shop non stop .
He is now stuck with a car shell and paying off for the next two years.
The car dealer ship are handing a car back that is now worth nothing as they can’t seem to fix the engine light problem..
Me recovering from chemo this has cause so much stress on me and my family when I’m supposed to be recovering .
I can not stress enough NOT to use any car dealer from car city ...
My son is now in over $14000 in debt and without a car thanks car city for ripping off a young boy on his first car ...
Excellent dealer options, United Auto's pleasure to deal with
Recently purchased a dual cab Ute from United Auto's at Car City Minchinbury. The salesman Peter was very polite and not pushy at all. He Understood exactly what I was after and showed me plenty of options. Car City has heaps of cars and dealers so something is sure to catch your eye. Yes plenty of cars with high mileage but also plenty with low mileage. There is something for everyone, if you cannot find a car there then you never will elsewhere. Prices are low compared to other car yards. This is the second vehicle I have brought there and will go there again for next purchase. United Auto's gave exceptional service and not pushy at all
If I could rate them a big fat ZERO I would
I bought my car from Kings and dealt with [name removed]. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the way he delivered customer service upon buying. BUT a few weeks after my purchase I started coming across problems with the car. Headlights started not working after giving my car a wash, took it to the mechanic and they notice the 'dummy light' [name removed] told me about were in fact parking sensor lights but just blown when I purchased it. I've had to completely replace the engine of the car after it started smoking in the middle of the road.... Mind you I'm a full time mum so I don't go for big drives anywhere. Before finding my own mechanic, Ive brought this all up to [name removed] and he would promise to fix it on this day, that day only to not hear from him or he wouldn't be at work that day. Even the drivers seat was not correctly placed properly, it took 3 months for them to properly implace it. I was happy to be given a replacement car to drive while they 'fixed' my car. But STILL came across problems with the car every few weeks. In fact my engine smoking up took place a little while after I had just gotten it back from them. Run away as far as you can from these people. I paid lots of money for my car only to spend MORE money to get it fixed. Complete rip off. Bad business. Truly is LEMON CITY!!!

Would give no stars if it’s an option
Stay away from Minchinbury Car Central! They will take advantage if you especially if you are a first time buyer.
They will take a deposit and say it’s redundable and if you do not wish to purchase from them because financially the finance options does not suit you, they will not give your money back despite saying it’s totally refundable!
Negligent as per Fair trading rules. The dealer did not even explain the terms and condition and failed to give copies of the receipt and papers signed.
Go buy from legit dealers!
Your hard earned money will go to waste so beware!

I bought a car in 2017. After 2 days, it broke down with a major defect (centre diff). This guys just put in a fluid to hide the problem for short time. In 2018 the Tribunal was satisfied that the car was defective and not acceptable quality for the purpose based on the Consumer Law. If you want trouble for yourself and 6 months time wasted, then go with this seller. If you want to buy a real car, go with another dealer.
