I was well looked after, I would highly recommended. Very helpful and polite. The experience buying from them was excellent and the car i purchased is very good.

I will never buy again from Kingz motors. If you do, thoroughly check the car with an independent mechanic. Also, be aware of your rights under Australian Consumer Law when things go wrong

Not sure how their mechanic got their trade going without his daddy being the boss man because I was sold a van that was completely unroadworthy and since going for a service I’m now more desperate for transport than I was when I came to your shop for a car, sickening how you’ll happily take money off people just so you can afford to blow coke in your school butt demountables.

My experience was mortifying. A few of your employees need to be retrained on "conflict resolution" in a much more professional way.

Got sold a lemon nothing but problems. Bought a car from UNITED AUTOS/CAR CITY August 2020 from salesman [name removed]. I paid close to $15,000 for the vehicle. After 3 1/2 months it is now broken down at the side of the road unable to be driven at all needing to be towed. I phoned up [name removed] at United Autos who simply palmed me off to someone else who said the best they would do would be to recommend me a repairer and a towing company both at my cost. I bought a car from these guys at car city T.m Alliance. Raymond, yard 21-591. Bought a 2007 Toyota Aurion advertised with 148,000, to only find out on Revs check that the clock was wound back it really had 175,000 in 2016 so for all I know it could well have over 300+ 000 ks im devastated and have learnt my lesson. This place is full of sharks wanting your Money with shonky deals.
Beware and steer clear!!!

Paid $8000 for mazda cx7 2007 went good for the first month, engine light on car jerking and smelling of fuel, took it back to car dealers it sat there for 3 weeks. They fixed the problem, No engine light on car drove good for 2 weeks then same story engine light on, jerking and fuel smell. Diagnostic test need new fuel injection replaced and oil leak many other problems.

Our family bought a car from Nick's Motors (Car City Group), Blew a head gasket 52km's after leaving the dealership. Many issues with vehicle including: • Engine overheating • Water blowing from tail pipe • Rust particles in coolant reservoir • Heater hose clamps rusted • Heater control valve rusted • Major oil leak around engine sump • Exhaust manifold gasket cracked • Battery Tray Rusted. Do Not trust "Knavery Nick"! After lodging with NSW Fair Trading he still only wants to pay a 75% refund after 12 months? He advised he is doing us a favour & trying to save us money ????? This is after he refuses to return calls & even Registered Post documents See video attached

I bought a used car from smile autos whom operate from car city in minchinbury
before I bought the car the dealer installed a had his mechanic install a new clutch & it all seemed ok but I drove over a speed bump and the motor dropped approximately 6 inches & as a result it broke the drive shaft at the cv joint ,
I phoned & tried to communicate with them several times to ask them to cover some of the repair costs & he told me to back off & hung up the phone every time & he would not accept that his mechanic had clearly caused these probl...

Car had an oil leak, they said they would fix it. They had my car for a couple of days. Said they fixed it. Got it back, had a mechanic go over it and they said that it had an oil leak. Took it back to car city and they were rude to myself and my mechanic. Currently having to spend additional monies to get my car fixed

Many mechanical faults and major hassles to get the repairs done properly nor professionally. A mess. Very sad. My son had same issues. Within weeks of purchase, needed new ignition coil. Overheated, breakdown, towing fees that dealership should have paid, I am out of pocket now. Dodgy repairs, independent mechanic has a long list of issues and 3 oil leaks. It is beyond a joke and I am only 2 months into having the car.

Do not trust these sleazy vile pustules. Even by car salesman status, these guys are the worst of a bad bunch. They will sell a vehicle that you have put a deposit down on without hesitation and are about as genuine as a rattlesnake whilst doing so. If the worst and most unpleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle is what you are after then these annoying ants are your go to.

Bought a Toyota Yaris. Was assured that it was in good condition and had passed the pink slip inspection only for it to break down 4 days later. When I went back to them, I was told that someone had said they’d told me about the issue and then also told that the person who sold it to me was known to be dodgy. 1, why would I buy a car that has a problem without fixing it and 2, why does someone like that work for you guys unless your all in the same boat aka dodgy. Bought a car realised that there was a gearbox problem after only having the car for five minutes gave it back to them they sent it to the mechanic where I then had to pick it up 45 minutes away only to find out that none of the issues are fixed. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them the mechanic that they send it to is just as dodgy as them. But they’re only excuse is they’re not mechanics they just sell the car.

Me and my partner decided to go look at car city to toy with the option of trading in my Navara work Ute for something more family oriented.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a professional salesperson who was on his way to finish work for the day, but decided to stay back and help us anyway. We were very grateful for this.

I have been looking for a car went to car city the other day and was disgusted with the price’s of the cars there well over priced and they want to give very little for your trade in.
Will not buy from there they are a rip off and some cars have been bought from auction then they sell for top dollar.

I can’t thank the experts at Car City enough. 5 stars all round. Professional sales team, impressive complex, huge selection in thousands of cheap cars. The cafe was brilliant as well as the playground to keep the kids entertained. Highly recommend

I signed the contract to purchase a vehicle. Big mistake.
Cancelled the contract within the cooling off period and can not get my deposit back.

We brought a car from mates rates and the first week the engine light come on he has had the car for 5 months paying $650 a month for a car that he can not use and hasn’t had for month as it’s in there work shop non stop .

He is now stuck with a car shell and paying off for the next two years.

The car dealer ship are handing a car back that is now worth nothing as they can’t seem to fix the engine light problem..

Recently purchased a dual cab Ute from United Auto's at Car City Minchinbury. The salesman Peter was very polite and not pushy at all. He Understood exactly what I was after and showed me plenty of options. Car City has heaps of cars and dealers so something is sure to catch your eye. Yes plenty of cars with high mileage but also plenty with low mileage. There is something for everyone, if you cannot find a car there then you never will elsewhere. Prices are low compared to other car yards. This is the second vehicle I have brought there and will go there again for next purchase. United Auto's gave exceptional service and not pushy at all

I bought my car from Kings and dealt with [name removed]. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the way he delivered customer service upon buying. BUT a few weeks after my purchase I started coming across problems with the car. Headlights started not working after giving my car a wash, took it to the mechanic and they notice the 'dummy light' [name removed] told me about were in fact parking sensor lights but just blown when I purchased it.
