Carl Schmidt Sohn K2 28cm Frying Pan

Terrible product. Awful after sale service – I bought Carl Schmidt Sohn 28cm deep fry pan on Black Friday 24-Nov-2023. I used it only one time and hung it over the bench top after cleaning. It broke into pieces after dropping from less than 2.5feet as seen in photo. I’ve had Tefal from Coles and Cheap kitchenwares from Kmart. All of them are much more durable than this piece of German Technology Crap. . The complaint I made to store was hushed with $49.99 in-store credit in exchange of the broken evidence. And I’m not allowed to use that credit outside Lemon Ginger shops. . I hope my review and bad experience will shed some light on the next customer(s).
