We are happy with our Carlisle home warranty experiences. All issues and problems identified during the 90 days post settlement were rectified and attended to in timely manner, to our satisfaction. Very positive experience so far
Signed my build contract with Carlisle homes last month and the journey so far been very positive. Sale consultant to my CLE, everyone helped a lot to understand the process and requirements. The staff have been so welcoming and are so knowledgeable in their fields. Being a first time client to knock down re-build we were slightly anxious with how much there was to do but our CLE has been excellent at keeping us informed of what steps are next, what we need to do and how we can go about getting it done. This has taken all the anxiety and stress out of...it. Has everything been 100% perfect, no there has been some small errors in paperwork but these have been resolved efficiently and the communication has been nothing short of excellent. After looking at various builders and their inclusions we decided to go with Carlisle and have been happy with the service we received so far. Our experience with Carlisle has been great. Online Colour Selection- Wonderful Experience
Finished our online colour selection appointment which we had been very skeptical about. Despite all our misgivings it went very well. Thanks to our extremely knowledgeable and amazingly talented design consultant, the whole colour selection appointment was a breeze. A good start to the journey ahead!
We are building Matisse 33 - currently done with the online color appointment (because of COVID lock-down couldn't go to the store). We are first time builders so was very concerned about our colour selection appointment. But to our surprise the online appointment went really well, our consultant was really informative and helpful in showing us the relevant options and guiding us to choose the best through out the process. Carlisle will provide another review appointment to further discuss/review our selections. The consultant and CLE responded quickly via email with all of our follow up questions. We are excited to continue our journey with Carlisle and looking forward to our review appointment.

Great experience with sales team
We looked at many other builders for our second build..but found Carlisle homes to be great value for money. The current inclusions in the Affinity promotion meant we could have most of our wish list without having to upgrade everything. Being our second build we wanted to include a lot more in this home and found this builder suited us as we could get a bigger home. So far just paid the initial deposit but our sales consultant at Deanside display was fantastic. Answered all our questions, very prompt with replies and gave us all the information needed. He wasn’t pushy and super helpful..so hoping the rest of the experience is at the same level. Looking forward to our journey with our Astoria grand 55.
It's been a smooth process so far with everyone I dealt with so far from Carlisle are experienced in the home building process. Hope my experience stays the same till the end. Pricing is competitive and the quality of products on standard range are good so it only needed me to make fewer upgrades.

As first time builders, we are very happy that we selected Carlisle Homes. We have selected EasyLiving. The sales team in Kaduna Park were excellent, knowledgeable and very supportive. We have been guided in a very professional way, prompt responses, clarified all our doubts and everything was to our expectations so far.
Perfect colour appointment
Due to covid our face to face appointment was changed to online appointment. Initially we thought its going to be difficult but the consultant we talked to was very professional, and knowledgeable. She patiently listened to our requirements and choices and offered a range of solutions in best possible ways.
Poor post settlement customer experience
Very poor post settlement customer service . I had reported main door issue where the lock is not fixed properly during the PCI inspection but carlisle never bothered to fix it even after following it for the last 3 years . So now the door shakes when windy . It is a simple job and I was expecting to them to fix it but no luck. Disappointing customer experience

I am building a house with carlisle in Affinity range. Got the brivis ducted heating inclusive in my plan. Will the thermostat controller for heating be changed to network controller like "Nest". If so what should be the procedure pls. Thanks.
They did tell us there was an option to upgrade the controller with wifi kit ( for my memory around $700), which means you could use app to control the heating and cooling remotely.

I would like to get more details about the current "5% Builder Deposit" promotion. On Carlisle's website and initial quote it doesn't mention the complete promotion details. On the top of it when I asked the sales consultant multiple times I was advised of something completely different every single time.
1. Let's say if the quote total or final contract amount is 250K and I make $2k initial deposit. The 5% of 250k is $12500. Now $12500-$2000(initial deposit)=$10500.
$250K-$10500=$239500 Does it mean that I've to pay $239500 for the house?
2. The amount which is required at base stage, Is it the remaining 5% of 250K or 239500?

As per our Easy Living contracts, a variation will be raised at contract signing as a credit for the balance of the 5% deposit based off your base house price.

I am considering the Sheraton Deluxe design, one thing i noticed is all WIR are through Ensuite bathroom. Anyone here built this design? Did it cause any inconvenience? Would you recommend to add additional door to the WIR and additional exhaust? Is there any option to change floorplan to be able to access WIRs for the bedrooms directly/ seperate instead of going through the bathroom?
I'm building the Vaucluse and I added sliding doors to the WIR's so it can be added if you want. You just have to pay extra
Thank you Raymond. The vaucluse deluxe has separate entry for bathroom and WIR for the ensuits. However Sheraton deluxe has the WIR designed such that it can be only accessible through the bathroom. I am interested to know if that causes any inconvenience e.g. does clothes or belongings become mouldy due to the steam from bathroom after shower or any other problem from the usage of the bathroom and toilet. Has anyone faced problem who built this design and what is recommended? Would there be any option by Carlisle Team to change the floorplan so access to WIR can be separate? Thanks again.
A lot of their designs have the main bedroom next to ensuite as well but I'm guessing it shouldn't be an issue as long as there is good ventilation in bathroom (and there is exhaust above shower and steam should go straight to ceiling). But for peace of mind though best to ask them that question.
