Virtual Color selection with Carlise
We did our color selection last week online and had a great experience with the color consultant. She was very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The session ran very smoothly online and appreciate her knowledge and willingness to help. Overall had a great experience with all the information provided before and during the color selection appointment. Our CLE also provided an additional visit to review our color selections in person once restrictions were lifted, which is highly appreciated.
However, we have feedback in general for C...arlisle. -Carlisle Security and CCTV options are limited and expensive. The builder should be able to provide the configuration or do the wiring for the clients to install better devices. - Carlisle not extending basic services like adding drains to taps outside the house. This is a basic addition with other builders. - Termite protection provided was basic configuration and no way to upgrade.
Great Experience With Sales , Colour & CLE Consultants
We decided to go with Carlisle Homes as their house design suited us and also their staff (especially Sales consultant ([Name Removed]), Colour Consultant ([Name Removed]), CLE ([Name Removed]) had been nothing but outstanding. They had been helpful every time we had a question before our appointments. Haven’t had any issues with Carlisle Homes so far and highly recommend them if anyone is planning for build.

Great virtual experience
We are just at the colour stage. Due to pandemic, we had to attend the virtual colour appointment instead. I have been zooming / video conferencing for almost a year now due to pandemic, and do not prefer virtual appointments, especially for $700k spend. However, [Name Removed] made it really easy for us to select materials and colours. It was a seamless experience.

What can I say this being our 3rd build and Carlisle Homes has been the most impressive thus far! From the initial sales consultation to speaking with our client liason executive and now the colour selection the whole process has been seamless. Our colour selection consultant especially has been very helpful, professional and she has given great advice and explained things thoroughly although our meeting was all virtual. Looking forward to the tender appointment and contract signing and finally the build itself. I wouldn't hesitate to speak about Carlisle Homes again in future. Very highly recommended!

The colour appointment was seamless. I was so impressed. This will be my 5th build (4th with a volume builder) and the service was outstanding. [Name Removed] was amazing and her professional advice was a huge help to me making some decisions. Even down to the offer of providing Morning Tea and Lunch along with coffee. Those small touches definitely stand out above the rest.

Excellent Customer Experience
We received excellent customer service from the time we walked in to the display home office at Kaduna Park. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our first home build. We started our process a year ago and we’re given all the information we needed to organise our budget and come back when we were ready to start the process. Looking forward to our build process being as smooth and efficient like the service we have received from the staff so far.

We chose Carlisle Home, as they had the design we wanted, they built in our area, they do knockdown rebuilds, they have won Builder's Awards multiple years in recent years, they have excellent reviews (probably the best we have seen through multiple websites). The sales process was easy due to the professional nature of the salesperson and the very streamlined process they have. The colour selection, we have just completed and we were very happy with the whole process and the representative who worked with us. It went surprisingly well, even though we were in lockdown and had to do it virtually. This is our second time building, so we are not clueless. Compared to our first builder (3/10), Carlisle is most definitely 10/10 in every aspect.

So far so good. Just finished our colours selection process. Jane was execellent! Great communicator and advice provided. Even with Covid lock down everything was structured and organised. Great advice from our electricial planner as well. Hopefully, it all comes together well. Few things missing from our sales quote. But overall great so far. We're very happy.
Smooth, easy process
I enquired with Carlisle Homes amongst many other builders at the beginning of the year. Many were competitive, but the service and pricing I received from [Name Removed] at Carlisle, no other reputable builders could get quite close.
Their new builders deposit scheme that they have really helped me out as a first home buyer, particularly as I had missed out on the recent government grants.
Any questions I had, I emailed the sales representative [Name Removed] or the sales support representative Sochearta and received prompt and informative ...responses. I do a lot of research before I make big decisions like these, and all of the boxes were pretty much checked by Carlisle. I am still only up to the signing of contract stage and hopefully things continue to run as smoothly when my land titles next year and throughout the build. All in all, I'm very pleased.
Amazing Customer Experience
I am currently building my investment house with Carlisle and it has been absolutely smooth journey so far. The best part has been their transparency on next steps, pricing and on fine details of the contract. I am pretty hopeful/confident that they will deliver what they promised so far in next few months.

Questions & Answers
I would like to get more details about the current "5% Builder Deposit" promotion. On Carlisle's website and initial quote it doesn't mention the complete promotion details. On the top of it when I asked the sales consultant multiple times I was advised of something completely different every single time.
1. Let's say if the quote total or final contract amount is 250K and I make $2k initial deposit. The 5% of 250k is $12500. Now $12500-$2000(initial deposit)=$10500.
$250K-$10500=$239500 Does it mean that I've to pay $239500 for the house?
2. The amount which is required at base stage, Is it the remaining 5% of 250K or 239500?

I am considering the Sheraton Deluxe design, one thing i noticed is all WIR are through Ensuite bathroom. Anyone here built this design? Did it cause any inconvenience? Would you recommend to add additional door to the WIR and additional exhaust? Is there any option to change floorplan to be able to access WIRs for the bedrooms directly/ seperate instead of going through the bathroom?
I'm building the Vaucluse and I added sliding doors to the WIR's so it can be added if you want. You just have to pay extra
Thank you Raymond. The vaucluse deluxe has separate entry for bathroom and WIR for the ensuits. However Sheraton deluxe has the WIR designed such that it can be only accessible through the bathroom. I am interested to know if that causes any inconvenience e.g. does clothes or belongings become mouldy due to the steam from bathroom after shower or any other problem from the usage of the bathroom and toilet. Has anyone faced problem who built this design and what is recommended? Would there be any option by Carlisle Team to change the floorplan so access to WIR can be separate? Thanks again.
A lot of their designs have the main bedroom next to ensuite as well but I'm guessing it shouldn't be an issue as long as there is good ventilation in bathroom (and there is exhaust above shower and steam should go straight to ceiling). But for peace of mind though best to ask them that question.
It has been 6 months since we moved into our house and we still have outstanding issues from the water leak we had in our kitchen. Since the beginning of the year, Carlisle Homes had forgotten about their responsibility to check progress on these issues. We were out of kitchen for over 3 weeks from Nov-Dec 2020 and they didn’t reimbursed the whole meal allowance that was promised. Now the Construction Manager and his Manager is denying the conversation we had about it. Also not getting any updates on what they will do next and when they are planning to fix all other outstanding issues. Can someone please direct me on how to deal with these liars? Is there anyone here with the same experience as we did? Thanks
