It was good and easy for us as I have been few times to spectra and did lot of research. And the sales person [name removed] was very helpful with all the stuff but only thing I didn’t like the electrical plan there should be good light pack as its seems no sense of 12 led in double story homes. Thats the only part I thought need to be more good.

Initial deposited on June 9th this year for my Canterbury grand 43 built, I have had a good communication with CH so far, most queries if not all have been attended to timely manner.

Excited about the journey so far, contract signing is Oct 2nd, I cant wait to see the journey continue the way it has started.

no complaint so far.

Color appointment

Our color appointment went well, [name removed] was very helpful but the time frame I felt not enough, though we have are clear on our choices 80% prior to our appointment, still time is not enough, one downside of online appointment is we cant see the options we have in Spectra, color consultant is bringing the couple of options as per your idea and we need to choose, Actually I really prefer in person appointment for colors, [name removed] is helpful and no issue with her, its the time we got and not able to see what options we have in standard is the concern we have.

Had a really good experience both [name removed] and [name removed] were really good and helping. At this stage I am really with my experience so far. Carlisle home offered really nice houses and majority of requirements are already included in the basic structure. After talking to few of the other companies I have workout the Carlisle homes are best among all but yea little bit expensive as well.

The process started very smooth, then we hit a bump about my site costs being quite high, but the sales assistant at wollert came as a saviour and recommended a changed house style that solved all the problems and we are uback on track. At the contract stage now, fingers crossed.

This is our first home with Carlisle; so far the experience has been great! We have done our color selections recently and the team who assisted were very knowledgeable and went a mile ahead to provide more info on the requested items. Great service so far. Looking forward to the build.

Had a great experience for our virtual colour selection with [name removed]. She was very helpful, profession and polite which made the whole process smooth. I was quite nervous about doing the whole process virtual, however [name removed] went the extra mile to make the process smooth and easy. Keep up the great job.

Sales consultant was quite knowledgeable and was attention to details .
I had a great experience with color design consultant. My consultant was amazing during the process and I received great service as the consultant was helpful, patient and kind through the appointment. I am excited to be building with Carlisle Homes.

Transparent service

Transparent service and well organised steps.
Lots of standard inclusions.
Colour and electrical selections on same day was stressful and can be split into two days to be more balanced.
Colour consultant was experienced and her suggestions helped a-lot in finalising colours.
Electrical Drawings are very clear and easy to understand.
Colour doc, Tender Doc and Quote should be reviewed internally before sharing with Customer as they are found to be not in sync.
Overall, good experience so far.

Carlisle home managed to find suitable home and land package for our budget in a short time frame. We are very pleased with the appointments that we had as we are living in the out of the state. Also, we are quite happy with the final cost with all our upgrades.

We were lucky to be able to view the display home, view the colour charts and pay our deposit prior to the current restrictions in Victoria. Since then all contact has been electronic, Carlisle have made this process very easy and have always been available to answer any questions. We are now just waiting on our land to title before moving forward. Excited to see our new home take shape over the next few months.

Our Design Consultant is really friendly and have helped us in proper selection of the colour. She is very generous and patient with us and gave her true suggestion in different aspects. The Spectra colour selection portal helped us to make up our mind before actual appointment. Journey so far is smooth and helpful. Hoping the Construction goes very well.

Not quite the "Excellent" I would have expected....

If I could rate the sales guy and colour consultant individually then they would both get 5 stars.
Whilst covid is out of everyone's control, a couple of things preventing me giving 5 stars:
- All item prices should be available prior to colour selection
- Secondary areas such as spare bathroom, powder room are rushed through during colour selection
- Premium Deluxe Electrical as top package should replicate the best of your show houses
- Online Visualiser contains out of date products
- Online Colour Selection tool doesn't provide full product selection nor does it include the product categories.
- Expecting customers to do a "Virtual" Colour Consult via voice phone call only is not acceptable.

Great Session

The virtual colour appointment was excellent. [name removed] who helped us throughout the session really tried to think in our perspective and advised to do the best with the necessary upgrades and not go overboard. She has got a great idea of our needs and options to give us a good advise.
However, we still miss the physical touch, especially when selecting flooring, carpets, tiles. It is sometimes difficult in identifying the best option with not being able to see things for real. But with the current travel restrictions, this is done in a best way possible.

Finished the much anticipated color appointment. Lucky to have done face to face. As a first time own home building, the whole process was little bit overwhelming. However, [name removed] handled electrical appointment very professionally and rest of the appointment was handled by [name removed]. From the experience it will be great if have separate days for electrical and rest of the color appointment. At the end of the day,it was very tired and just follow what the [name removed] suggested . Just trust on her selection and professional advice. really looking forward for the finished products. Thanks for [name removed] and [name removed] for their professional advice.

We would like to Thank Our Sales Consultant K for 10/10 service, always prompt on replying and suggesting the best possible upgrades necessary for our investment property, Cannot Fault his service
I was not too happy with the After Sales Support Team as they made so many mistakes on both the Contract Drawings & Tender documents that I had to reject the HIA Contract 7 times, They would never check any mistakes before sending it to me and I kept rejecting the documents to fix their own mistakes
Finally they got it right on the 7th attempt, I had clearly mentioned from the start there will be no PCVs

We're still in the pre-construction stage but have found the process fairly stress free. We just completed our colour selections and were very happy with the result. Generous inclusions and they really helped walk us through parts of the selections that we were uncertain about. They've also allowed us to make a number of changes to the base design in order to get the house that we really want. Very happy with the service so far.

It has been 6 months since we moved into our house and we still have outstanding issues from the water leak we had in our kitchen. Since the beginning of the year, Carlisle Homes had forgotten about their responsibility to check progress on these issues. We were out of kitchen for over 3 weeks from Nov-Dec 2020 and they didn’t reimbursed the whole meal allowance that was promised. Now the Construction Manager and his Manager is denying the conversation we had about it. Also not getting any updates on what they will do next and when they are planning to fix all other outstanding issues. Can someone please direct me on how to deal with these liars? Is there anyone here with the same experience as we did? Thanks

What happens when you pay the $2000 deposit and then Carlisle decide they cannot build upon that block of land? If they’re pulling out of the contract surely it’s illegal to keep the $2000.
