Literally the worst carpet clean I have ever had.
Somehow the carpet which previously had no odours in it now smells like urine. When asked to rectify or refund the company flat refused.
The company claims the carpet was in a poor condition and when I advised them that a hired machine from Bunnings has done a better job they advised "Of course a $10 000 machine is going to do a different job to one you hire yourself" but then was unable to advise why their machine did a worse job.
I further tried to resolve this directly with the company but was unable to come to an amicable resolution.

they wouldn't have developed a smell. Nothing was said about anyone's accent and the accusation of racism is slanderous as well as laughable. As a Chinese man from a small country town I've experienced more than my fair share of both casual and more direct racism. There is no way I would make fun of someone's accent and as I suggested it may have been a miscommunication when discussing the scent at the property. I wasn't even going to mention in my review that you used the race card as a defense against me in our private conversation but here we are, you've brought it up for all to see. Beware if you have a problem with this company they may also insinuate that you are a racist as they have done to me.Matt M.Carpestology

Been checking out the great customer posts, which indicates to me you really know your stuff!
Please please can advise me further the whole, Chloride dioxide solution for unruly pet stanch. Will this discolor carpet etc ... My daughter has left her room open several times and as a result we have that dreaded stench to deal with....worse on hot days.....many thanks

Hi Mrs S, thanks for the question. First about the discolouration, probably there is no way to remove it as they possibly change the fabric color permanently. You can just dye the carpet with darker color to hide them. Regarding the smell. Yes we can do chlorine dioxide first the flood the carpet with the chemical to destroy the smell. If im right, you mentioned its just 1 room. The whole process will take about half a day to do and it cost about $500. I think it might be cheaper to buy a new carpet as its not economical to clean it. Again, we are more than happy to help. Hope i could help.

is in a bad condition and it won't come up good and you said do your best which I did. Not just urine, I also detected faeces remains on the carpet in the middle room next to the skirting boards. I washed your carpet with ph15 chemical which I normally use for commercial jobs and deodorizer it with the most expensive deodorizer in the market. I spent just $60 to deodorize your carpet. Mate carpet is fabric like other fabrics. When you don't clean it for such a long time, it won't be clean as it will be permanently discolored. Urine and faeces smell won't go. Carpet was damaged at your place. For the cat urine and faeces you need to use chlorine dioxide gas which is not cleaning process. Also, it's not good to make fun of people by their accent. All we do is caring for our beautiful clients and we don't appreciate that you told Rihanna, disgusting accent.
