Worst experience I have ever had with a supplier
I previously submitted a google review about the shocking service and continual issues I have had with Carpet Call since they installed the wrong blind almost 2 years ago. Funnily enough, i now cannot locate an option to leave a google review on them, I recall at the time their reviews being quite shocking. Anyway, after I left the review, a person asked to contact me to sort the issue out. I sent them through all of the background information by email, and once they read it and obviously realised that the only option was to remove it and refun...d me the money, they stopped responding again like they did the first time. To this date it still hasn't been removed and my complaint remains unanswered. I now need to go through NCAT to get a resolution. This company has no formal complaints procedure or way to lodge complaints which makes communicating with them very difficult. They seem to have area/operations managers looking after the complaints, but these people also move on quickly as I have discussed this with 3-4 different managers to date, each one moving on. Even when I went through fair trading to get a resolution, they were unable to get in contact with anyone to resolve the situation. I have never experienced anything so shocking.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! The customer service is pathetic! So I bought shutters from them over $12,000 worth August 2018 and it's October 2019 and still have not finished the product. The company was kind enough to split the order for me so I did the first lot which was fine. I then ordered the second and 3rd orders which were completely different designs on the shutters! So they then had to re order new ones! New ones finally arrived last month only for them to stuff up again and got the wrong design. I ask...ed for compensation as I also had ordered laminate flooring. I asked them to lay it for free . They declined and offered me a lowzy $500 in compensation. Absolute insult! It's been over 12 months I wanted to sell my house but I couldn't. They now have re ordered the blinds apparently and it's going to take another 10 weeks! I asked for a refund on the deposit I paid for the flooring which the manger granted and said the funds would be in my bank in 24 hours. I rang 3 days later and was notified it would be there in the next day not sure why it was not processed! It's been 14 days and still nothing! The worst company I have ever dealt with! I don't ever write reviews online but I just wanted everyone to know what I am dealing with. When things go bad they go bad with this company and seams like they aren't interested in the customers just profits for themselves! If I could have not given them a star I would have don't that! Embarrassing!

Pathetic after sales service.
Carpet call decided to start selling blinds and shutters. Maybe they need to stay with what they know. I purchased brand new shutters from my house. They took almost 3 months to come in and when they landed, another week or 2 to book in and when they were installed, were faulty/damaged and even short! Yes short didn't bring the whole order. I advised them and they admitted that the order wasn't put in, and what do they say, ohh you need to just wait another 7 weeks on express order and we will get them for you. and...
