Sorry but most likely not, did you tell them you would be a day late? If they do give it back too you you may have too pay a penalty I’m not sure, my friend was 1 day late on a $1500 stereo and they did not give it back and sold it the very next day for $1300.
If the item is expensive they won’t give it back but each store is different, hope you get your item back, was it an expensive item?
