Where do I start I contacted cassons after Mca couldnt solve my helmet issue I was put through too carl who was the most disrespectful rude arrogant person I have ever spoken too if I could use other words I would lucky for carl we have too keep it civil long story short I bought the most expensive aria helmet on the market had a few defects with the helmet which was verified with Mca but according too carl I know nothing about helmets and a tearing chin strap and the inner lining of the helmet coming apart in normal for a helmet which is 3 mon...
Read moreths old and cost $1300 I was told there is nothing they can do too repair my helmet after wearing aria helmets for more then 10 years I no longer will buy aria because cassons doesn’t know how too deal with there customers I have since bought 3 shoei helmets so far so good bad reviews go along way I hope you loose customers over this I will make it my duty too post this on every review website in australia good job carlQuestions & Answers
