WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- BEWARE

Bought a bed, upon putting it together they had sent me the wrong part for the wooden slats to sit on and it was too short (so faulty product not fit for purpose.) Was offered a partial refund and basically told to go to Bunnings and measure the correct size and get the part myself or wait 10-12 WEEKS for the correct part replacement. Have sent them numerous emails, WhatsApp messages, inst dms with NO response, have a faulty bed I can’t use with NO resolution. Beware buying from these guys if anything is wrong your items 10/10 do not recommend Show details

They said it rarely happened that the sofa does not fit the elevator but it does not and they want a 20% restocking fee

Terrible

Don't believe estimated delivery time. Estimate was 2 to 3 weeks, after 3 weeks told would be another 3 months despite the furniture being in stock. Was offered an earlier delivery date if I paid an extra $620. Don't waste your time. Show details

Don’t buy

I bought a swivel chair for over $1,000+ and after only a few months (of barely being used) it squeaks and wobbles. I brought this concern to customer service and requested a refund even with a restocking fee as it is clearly defective. Their customer service is a joke - took days and days to hear any responses only for them to reject my request. Their phone numbers are never answered, they ignore any messages on WhatsApp, the only place I heard a response was email which was inconsistent and unhelpful. Lousiest “luxury” brand - give your business to brands that actually care about their customers and products like Article and Poly & Bark Show details

performance fabric is a joke and poor customer service

Worst customer service, I bought a Mori couch that has “performance” fabric that is a total joke. It doesn’t repel and liquid seeps through. I’ve sent multiple messages to castlery and they are so unhelpful the most recent advice I’ve gotten is please wait 24-48 hours for a resolution even though I told them about this last month. This place is a waste of money so over priced and unhelpful!!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Show details

Disappointed - Lack of response after reporting fault with leather chair upon delivery

I was hesitant to leave this review as wanted to give Castlery time to resolve issue. Chair arrived with couple of faults with leather. I understand that this can happen.

Emailed customer service with pics of fault & requesting exchange. Also, reached out via chat as well as whats app, but no response about next course of action.

Previously had wonderful experience with Castlery on other purchases. However, this time am very disappointed.

Hope to hear from someone soon about resolution.

Buyer Beware!

I wanted to query their credit system which claims that you get "$200 Off Min. Spend $2,000". If you spend $2000 the voucher you get only applies when you make an additional $2000 spend. This means you need to spend $4000 in total to receive the $200 credit. This credit system is purposely deceptive. This took me ages to work out after fumbling with customer service for over 45 minutes via chat. It feels like you are chatting to a chatgpt bot - no one will respond to your actual questions. This is not an Australian company - everyone you deal with will be offshore.

Seb Extendable Dining Table / Nova Cotton Rug

I'm mostly happy with the dining table - it matches the colour and description,. However, because the table is made of separate planks of wood glued together rather than one solid piece, the middle of the table, where it joins the other half, is not completely smooth from edge to edge - instead it's kind of wavy so the join in the middle is not seamless. So, not really happy about that.
I also bought the Nova Cotton Rug which is nice but it's supposed to be grey, however, it looks more brown to me.
Purchase and delivery went smoothly after working out how to "opt-out" of the in room delivery service fee of $30 per item. Show details

Anyone else has bought a Hamilton Round Chaise sofa. I saw from Shaun W. above saying that it is hard. I'm wondering if anyone else has this sofa that is smoke grey. Is the fabric quality good and if the sofa is hard as per Shaun W comment. Luckily has not put in my order but would like to ask for another opinion. Thanks

Do you know if they have any showroom in Melbourne? I love their design on their website.However, without having a look the actual product it’s quite risky to just order. Especially on their website says if we want to return the products, they will charge 20% return fee from actual price..

Thank you for for your comment.. we are hesitant to spend about $5000 we may have to pay 20% returning fee just in case if we didn’t like it. Wish they dont such ridiculous policy or make couple of showrooms in Australia..
