Never build with this company
As I said in my first review the company lied about everything since we signed the contract. Instead of starting building in Feb as it was promised they changed it to April with excuse they are very busy and they cannot start as agreed. Then I wrote my first review Bad experience. I could hardly get in touch with people in charge but after review I had at least five calls asking me to take off the review and if I do so they will move the prestart forward and start building in March. Off course, that didn’t happen. They did move the pre start bu...
Read moret they didn’t move to the site. After I took off the review everything went back as it was before ,even worse. Now they say they can’t start before end of April, honestly I don’t think it’s gonna happen any time soon. The worst thing is that you have noone to complain to, everyone says it’s not up to me and all in circles. I feel so helpless. Instead of being happy when building my first home I am very sad and hopeless. I am still paying two mortgages and who knows for how long. If anyone has any advise, please let me know.1 comment

Dishonest and Bad Faith Practice
We were all set to sign our contract for a new build. We'd been working with Celebrations for around three weeks on some modifications to one of their plans, decided and confirmed, we were just waiting for the rep to finalise things.
Enter the COVID-19 stimulus packages for building / renovations and the rep tells us we need to sign by Friday because Celebrations will no longer be making modifications to plans for people, as dictated by management (that was at the start of the week).Wednesday, the rep is out to do a Site Works estimate on our p...

Issues with build since week 1 moving in
Issues to one side of property since we moved in. Cracks galore in walls, cornice, tiles, render, roof. Keep getting told its settlement and nothing to do with structural. Strange its happening only on the one side not the whole house if it was settlement. Been pushed away once again to fix myself ans take there word on it until the next issue arises.

Terrible tiling
We built over 6 years ago! We are currently in the process of having to retile our en-suite shower due to waterproofing failure. In the process of pulling the tiles out we have found tiles on top of tiles on top of tiles !! Not sure you can waterproof over multiple layers of tiles!! Clearly they need to employ legitimate tilers!! Would never build with celebration again and definitely won’t ever recommend them!! Attached is a picture of the tiles found (step to get into the shower-4 layers of tiles on top of each-other and ridiculous amounts of mould between each one, and the window ledge in the shower-2 layers of tiles on top of each other)

New home owners beware of Post Construction service - 2 years since built 2/7/2019
Everything was fine during construction till handing over the key. And I agree to all the good feedback mentioned here during construction till Handover.
But please read all the bad feedback shown here in Product Review and you will see the issue is almost the same. Post construction service is terrible. My issue, they did a 12 month inspection and there were lots of cracks on the wall and cornice area (between wall and cornice) through out the property. These were fixed at the 12 month service inspection. But the same cracks appeared an year a...

Disappointing experience
A year or so ago, I would have given Celebration Homes a much higher rating. Like other new home owners building for the first time, we were inexperienced and thus were delighted when our house was build in a short time, compared to others. Unfortunately, prior to handover, we found our garage floor etched with ugly tyre marks which could not be removed or rectified to our satisfaction. There were many other defects along the way (leaking washbasin and sink, cornice and wall cracks, uneven plastering etc) and most were satisfactorily rectified ...
Read morein the first year. However, things started to get worse after that. We have now lived for almost 2 years in the house. A few tiles in our kitchen splashback, ensuite and common bathroom have long cracks on them, there are long cracks in the walls (some run down the entire length of the wall) and under the cornices around the house, the edging strips for the ensuite tiles have discoloured and the wall plastering falls off easily. I can understand if it is due to wear and tear but it is not so. None of these were found in my previous rental. My next-door neighbours who built with Celebration Homes are also facing similar issues, unlike others who built with other builders. We had contacted Celebration Homes only for them to send someone to take pictures and offered to give us some phone numbers to get them done up ourselves. Nevertheless, we are very disappointed with the after-sales service and with our experience building with Celebration Homes.1 comment

Our house is falling apart after only 13 years
There’s plenty of reviews on here from happy customers who built with Celebration Homes within the last 12 months (still in the honeymoon period so to speak), so I thought I would share with you all how well (or not) their homes hold up over 10+ years down the track as we built with Celebration Homes back in March 2005.
We had far too many issues that required attention and rectifying as per the pre-handover inspection form that was completed when the house was completed and these took way too many calls to get them sorted in a timely manner...
Read more. One of the issues raised was the cracked wall/floor tiles and the grout that was full of hairline cracks for the shower in our ensuite. The cracked tiles were replaced, however we were fobbed off and told the cracking in the grout was perfectly normal and they refused to rectify it. Fast forward to the present and the shower in question has now leaked due to grout failure and damaged the outside of the 3 walls on which it fronts. The damage has been inspected by a builder this week who informed us the shower doesn’t have a waterproofing membrane either, however this was not a legal requirement at the time when the house was built (It was a legal requirement a few years later), however any reputable builder would have waterproofed their wet areas. The shower in the other bathroom is also starting to experience the same issues, so both will now require a full strip out and re-build to rectify. We also received a letter from Celebration Homes recently to advise it has come to their attention there has been an increase in the number of ceiling failures across WA homes and they recommend we have ours checked. Our ceiling in our main living area has recently started to sag and drop in several places, with the screws used to hold the sheets the plaster sheets visible in many locations. After speaking with a plasterer regarding the issue he claims this is due to a lack of nails and glue used by the builders plasterer at the time of construction.1 comment

Disappointing experience – my advice, proceed with caution
I thought I would post my experience with Celebrations on here in the hope it may save someone else from similar pitfalls. I haven’t built with Celebrations, I didn’t get that far. However, I did pay a deposit and had every intention of building with them - I couldn't post the review without the construction end date which is why an estimated date is provided, had things gone differently. Unfortunately, the house I signed up for didn’t fit my block of land. After initial consultations, where I was shown a plan that I was told was suitable for t...
Read morehe block of land I wanted to purchase (rear-loaded, 8m frontage), and being happy with the design, I paid my deposit. Once the engineering survey was completed, the sales consultant contacted me to inform me that the distance between the front of the house and the front fence was 37cm, which meant that this was the width of the path to the front door. He offered some suggestions to address the situation, mainly making the house smaller to increase the width/distance, however, it would only increase the width to about 90cm and I felt it would make the house a bit too squishy. Another suggestion I was given was to leave it and build it with the 37cm width – I don’t know much about building regulations, but common sense would surely suggest this isn’t practical? Maybe it was a poor joke, but I don’t know. The situation was really disappointing because I was led to believe the plan was suitable (via email), and I had even asked during a conversation with the consultant if the house fitted on the block and how much space was at the front with consideration for the stairs that are at the front of the block, before I paid a deposit – the response I received at the time was that it would be between 2 and 3 metres. The excuses I was given for the situation was that the block was not titled and that the stairs were not on the estate plan. The block was cut though, and it was possible to view it, stand on it, and visually get an idea of the block. Despite the setback, I thought I would persevere with Celebrations, as sometimes things just don’t go smoothly, and solutions can be found. Unfortunately, things just got worse; the main issue from my perspective was that we just weren’t on the same page to address the situation. I had to email to clarify what extra charges, fees, or any other costs I would be liable for as they never sought to inform me. They sent me working drawings and documents for the house that didn’t fit my block, even though I had made it clear I didn’t want to proceed with that design because it didn’t fit on the block. Six weeks after being told about the situation (2 months after paying a deposit) I emailed them to express concern at the progress – I had seen two additional plans, but they weren’t very good in my opinion – and this was responded to with a statement that they could show me another design. The situation was not helped as the real estate agent selling the land on behalf of the developer was getting impatient – I’m not sure if the developer could take the block back off me, but this is my first home and I don’t know that they can’t as I had only paid a deposit for the land; Celebrations did not address this situation with me. I started to think that maybe I was being too fussy, so I decided to test this theory and speak with some other builders. Of the 5 builders I spoke with, 3 of them inspected the block and even measured the stairs so that it could be taken into consideration, and within about 3 weeks I had 6 designs to choose from (1 builder had 2 designs). I gave Celebrations one last chance because I had paid a deposit and they had one more design, unfortunately, in my opinion, it wasn’t as good as the other options. Celebrations did offer to try and come up with something else, however, it had now been almost 4 months since I paid a deposit on the land and to Celebrations, and I wasn’t going to be granted any more time by the developer to allow Celebrations to show me any further designs, and I informed Celebrations of this time constraint. I did subsequently email Celebrations and ask about the possibility of a refund, or partial refund, which wasn’t possible. Rather oddly in the response the sales manager offered to show me a design? I asked for clarification, if there was another design that had been produced without my knowledge, and a proof of charges. The response I received didn’t acknowledge my question about an additional design and stated that $1,095.70 was spent on the engineering survey and more than a $1,000 was spent on admin costs. A breakdown of the admin costs wasn’t provided, and I haven’t followed-up as I don’t think I’m going to receive a transparent response – I had to follow-up to receive a response to my email – although it would be interesting to know if part of the admin costs included the drawings and documents I was sent for the house that didn’t fit my block. It was disappointing that they stated they could show me a design in this last email, because there was no intention behind it given the circumstances. I guess it’s to cover themselves if I complain so that they can say they offered to show me a design, however a meaningless statement it is. I’m not sure how I could have avoided this situation; I believed the sales consultant when he said the house suited my block and didn’t think there could be any problems significant to prevent me from progressing with building with Celebrations. I feel like I provided more than enough time for the situation to be resolved with Celebrations. I am disappointed because I missed out on the extra $5,000 FOHG (I would have been eligible if the house fitted) and I lost my deposit that I paid to Celebrations which for someone trying to build on their own, or anyone for that matter, is a significant amount of money. Personally, I’m flabbergasted that this situation unfolded and an outcome that was good for both Celebrations and myself couldn’t be found.2 comments

BAD
Do not build with this builder.
I built with them 2 years ago,
Nothing but bad service from start to finish.
And now after 2 years and cracks appearing all over house, and after inspection by them, told me that it's not up to them to fix it, it's my responsibility now. Goodbye.
We will see about that!!!
I will now organise an independent building inspector to go over the whole house and point out all the defects to them and see what he suggests.

Hard to believe all the positive reviews after our experience with Celebration Homes
On meeting [name removed] we were so excited to build with Celebration Homes. We experienced amazing customer service and were over the moon to be building. Also [name removed] at Resolve Finance was fabulous. Unfortunately ever since pre start we pretty much received no customer service with too many problems to mention in this review. In pre start we felt rushed and we were still making decisions on the way home and changing things. We received poor service the whole way through the build. When it came to picking up keys nobody was interested...
Read more in meeting with us unless it was under their terms even though the date had been booked for a week. We were told this was due to team training which it seems takes precedence over customers. We were finally told we could pick the keys up at reception, what great service after spending all that money! We moved into our new home at the weekend and after being told the property had been cleaned and all items addressed at lock up had been fixed we found out this wasn't the case. We were met with a badly stained driveway which was our first disappointment. We had paint chips on the internal painted walls, a poor patchy paint job in one of the bedrooms, no gpo cover on a plug socket, damaged kitchen kickboard, pendant drop lights that were out of alignment, a spotlight not working, scratches on the stainless steel sinks, paint on the carpet and plug sockets, bad tiling workmanship, stains on the garage floor, a corroded door handle, the list goes on from here. Some problems had been addressed at the lock up meeting and we were told they would be fixed within 10 days, they weren't. We met with our site supervisor on Monday who said he would look at the issues but to say we are devastated is an understatement. We both work full time and can't just take time off work to get these issues sorted, even though I suspect its more like months of waiting if things even get fixed at all. We definitely do not have the house we dreamed of and have experienced no kind of customer service or support that we were told we would receive. A complaint had been made to a senior member of staff when we picked up keys and we were told to put it in an email. We have done that but now we have been informed she is now off sick and they don't know when she will be back, how convenient. We have had no call from any representative from the Celebration Homes office since receiving the keys and not one apology from anybody about anything. Our site supervisor, is trying to correct the poorly installed lights and drive but we have had no response on any other issues and I feel like we are a burden. This morning I woke up to a fly screen hanging out of the frame that overnight has bent all out of shape, obviously not put in properly in the first place. Would I recommend Celebration Homes? Absolutely not!!4 comments

We also noticed that the drain in the main bathroom has not been correctly cleared before the grate went on.We have had 2 separate "experts" sent by Celebration Homes to clean the stains from the driveway which haven't been successful. I was told by site supervisor on Wednesday that someone would be out to sort out fly screen and sill cover to door yet I am still waiting for dates on this. I am having to take a day off of work unpaid to be at home for the electrician and painter on Monday next week. Sagging Ceilings and Hot Water Cylinder leaning to one side - appalling workmanship and after servic
I am absolutely disgusted with Celebration Homes in that they refused to take ownership of the faulty workmanship for the continuing sagging ceilings at my property which they claim have to be maintained by ourselves as the home owner. I find this absurd that they are asking me as the owner to maintain my ceilings – and how does one do that!!! Their service department has been round multiple times to fix the issue but it has not been rectified to satisfactory, and the same problem is occurring in other rooms. I have called them multiple times a...
Read morend they state that “works now considered a part of your regular home owners maintenance as the items covered under warranty for 6-12 months” which I find absurd as the problem has never been fixed properly in the first place. So are they trying to imply that the ceilings only last 6 to 12 months, what a stupid response! They sent their own sister company, Ceiling Solutions to which is part of the APG group to provide a report, who are obviously going to supply a bias opinion as it is part of their own organisation! I have also reported to Celebration Homes that Hot Water Cylinder has lent to one side to which they have not rectified. Again this is down to bad workmanship as they have rested the cylinder tank on a paving slab which obviously has sunk into the sand. The cylinder tank should have been rested on a solid concrete base which again Celebration Homes are refusing to rectify. Celebration Homes need to take full responsibility to rectify these issues and I would not be recommending them as after service is appalling! Do not trust Celebration Homes and my advice would be really think hard before signing up with them as they do not take any responsibilities to rectifying their faults, as I found all they do is fob you off with rubbish just to disown the issue! Most frustrating time of my life
My experience building with Celebrations has been very frustrating and has left me feeling that I was only a number with the suppliers/contractors being the clients not me. Our sales rep gave us the impression that Celebrations would go above and beyond but in my opinion they put their suppliers/contractors needs/wants before ours. Read moreance and general building knowledge of the supervisor was below par and that he accepted the minimum standard from his tradesmen. So starting from the beginning. It took 6 months to break ground after signing with Celebrations to which my wife had to follow up with the council for building approvals as advised by Celebrations (thought that should be Celebrations task). Once the construction started we notice there were differences from our plans to what was being built. During a site meeting with Celebrations it was found that the plans had been changed without our knowledge or approval. At that time and after a lengthy discussion we were advised that we had to accept the proposed changes and the new plans. At this point we decided to engage an independent building inspector as we started to loose confidence that things would be done correctly. As it turned out it was the best decision we made as the inspector found numerous defects during the build. Other issues during build: -Walls erected in the wrong place -Door frames installed wrong way around (doors opened in wrong direction) -Sliding door frame damaged then repaired, After 3 months of asking frame was eventually changed -Odd color bricks used in Alfresco (I will be rendering in the near future as it is an eyesore) -Wardrobe shelf mounted outside of wardrobe (took another two attempts to get it right)2 comments

Disappointed with our first home
Construction on our house started early 2012, however at a guess, I'd say that 65% of the walls in our house have severe cracking in them, not just cornices, but actual brickwork. CH have been out twice to repair the same crack in our theatre room, which was so large a $2 coin could fit in some parts, and it's cracking again. We have tiles cracking in our kitchen, both bathrooms and ensuite shower. Our counter top and tiles in our kitchen have separated by over 5 mm, and it's getting worse. Read morer to ceiling despite being re plastered. In the last 4 years Each of these rooms have been resealed, repainted and re plastered and you can imagine the dust and dirt and work site conditions this causes throughout the house. We also had severe cracking at the front of the house and when the external render was removed it revealed that the bricks did not even touch the window! The last repairs were done a few months back- complete re sealing in main bathroom and re plastering and painting of the front entry... and the damage is already showing. After contacting celebration last week the same solutions have been offered, mind you no one has rang back to book any of this. In frustration I have sent this text to the maintenance supervisor and am yet to have a response. Please note that I am 28 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and the room in question in between the 2 bathrooms and the front entry is the soon to be nursery! Hi ________. I did leave a message for you yesterday without a reply. We are still waiting on contact from anyone re: bathrooms and plaster. As you know we have a baby on the way in 10 wks and obviously there is some urgency required with this matter! [name removed] informed me that you were going to have the bathrooms resealed however I fail to see how this will fix the problem as it has been resealed repetitively over the last 4 years. We have had to take the carpet up due to the water damage only to see the full extent of celebration's contractors incompetence. As you can see the carpet has been ruined by water damage on either side of both bathrooms! The last major works completed in both rooms was suppose to fix the issues however here we are, once again, awaiting a solution and waiting for people to bother to ring and then come and cover our house in dust and make it look like a work site. Please do not tell me that re plastering and re waterproofing will fix this situation. Both bathrooms need the tiles completely removed, dried out walls, full waterproofing done and then re tiling. Once that is complete perhaps the wall will have some structural integrity that will not see it crack and split every few months after it has been 'fixed'. The carpet in the spare room need replacing and those walls also need stripping back, drying out and re painting. Anything less is a repeat of the botched half-assed job that has been done numerous times over multiple years causing nothing but stress for our family. Please call at your earliest convenience WITH a solution that will actually put an end to this. Kind regards,2 comments

As soon as preliminary drawings were provided [Name Removed] informed us that the windows in our master’s bedroom will be fixed as this was near the meter box. This was never disclosed and we have never agreed on it when we signed up with Celebrations. Who in their right mind...
Read more would want the windows of their bedroom be fixed? There would be no ventilation in the room when this happens. Another option he gave us was to put a meter box near the front door. This would really be unsightly and again, this is not what we have signed up for. We don’t want to go home to a house that we will be paying a huge loan for a long time and get annoyed/irritated with the design we didn’t choose. Since we were aiming to settle the land at a certain date to get the $2,500 gift check promo, we conceded and just paid the structural specification of $450. We were waiting for the plans and always following up with our sales consultant since loan cannot be approved without the drawings. It took a very long time for him to provide and when he finally did, windows on the wall we had asked to be flipped did not happen. He assured us that this would be flipped with no additional cost for us during the pre-start meeting. Banking on what he said, we signed the contract as we were pressed for time. In the end, we lost the GC promo when in fact, it was the builder delaying our settlement, had to pay structural fee just to get what we have signed up for AND during the pre-start meeting, our prestart consultant [Name Removed] told us that again it would cost us structural fee to flip the walls when our sales consultant promised that we will not incur other charges. As we already paid have lost enough, we did not pursue with the 2nd structural “change.” We were hoping that the nightmares have ended but during site works, we were then again initially asked to pay additional $1100 initially for an excavator for hard sand digging. Even if we signed a fixed price building contract, we were still given the burden of paying for it even if this was an error on their part as it was their engineers who provided those reports for their pricing. Building of our house was on hold for less than 3 weeks and we have already requested a copy of the revised engineers report which was only provided after we gave an ultimatum that we will file a complaint with the building commission if we will not been provided with this report. So much money and time wasted while these were happening as interest has been incurring plus add the additional rent we have to incur with the delays. Lastly, the last straw that made me write this review. I had requested for a variation recently and our prestart/construction coordinator emailed back saying that we could not include any variations anymore. I vividly remembered when we had our prestart meeting and I inquired about adding variations and she just mentioned that we have to pay the variation fee. I cannot recall any instance in our meeting informing us that we cannot add anymore once construction has been done. I cannot understand why she cannot accommodate us since our house is still at the brick stage. It’s hard to relive these events but I hope this review would help out future homebuyers who would want to build with Celebration Homes. We are part of first home buyers market and we were hoping that this would be a fun experience for us but we made a wrong choice by signing up with Celebrations Homes. Please consider other builders who are committed in providing excellent pre and post service and not just after closing any sale. Poor Customer Service1 comment

What a company
After dealing with the sales rep for a couple of month we signed up in July , We were told we could expect to be in the house in 24 weeks ??????.
The slab went down at the start of Sept and then nothing, short of bricks we were told ????,
The Brickies started a week before Christmas, then off for Holidays .
Restarted mid January .
After complaining about delay we were told "not to worry" that they would catch up as they had tradesmen just waiting for the bricklayers to finish , and that when they did all the other trades would rush in ???...

Hi Norman,
Thank you for feedback and we’re sorry to hear that your experience has been less than enjoyable after the sales stage. We’d like to take this opportunity to address some of your concerns....
Read more Our 24 week construction timeframe is from slab down stage until Key Handover. Your slab was poured at the beginning of October 2013 and was then required to cure (strengthen) for two weeks. It was at this time that we unfortunately started to experience delays for bricklayers as the result of an industry wide trade shortage. We worked as quickly as possible to allocate a bricklaying team to work on your new home and this timeframe ran over the Christmas period with trades taking two weeks leave. We try and provide accurate dates for trades to begin works but at times this may occur earlier or later than expected. Your Site Manager has confirmed that the roof carpentry (installation of roof frame) has now been completed. The installation of gutters and downpipes, electrical wiring and plumbing and roof cover (tiles) will occur over the next 3 – 4 weeks. Celebration Homes as like many other businesses have boundaries and limitations in which we operate in as a business. We went over and above our standard specification to try and accommodate for the upgrade items you requested for your new home. These requests have been actioned and are reflected on your final plans, addenda and variations. We acknowledge and apologise that there was a measurement error on the plans for your fireplace and your Site Manager has since had this rectified as per your discussions on site. We hope that this has clarified your concerns raised in this review and moving forward your building journey will be a positive and exciting experience. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.ELPerth, WA

Just disappointed.. Misleading Client!!
We are First Home Buyer entering the property market last year.. after several visits to various display homes and blocks, decided to sign up for an untitled land, we have been made aware that the title won't be ready for at least 6 months..
Since then, we have begun discussion with several builders and narrowed down the selection to Celebration Homes and another reputable local builder, preliminary plans and base price were received from both builders for consideration.
We have indicated to both builders title will be delayed and not ...
Read morein the rush to sign up the building contract, even gave them the worst case scenario of 12 months delayed in title. Both builders indicate that we would be expecting increase in house pricing in December 2012 and since then builders have rushed us to sign up. Celebration Homes offered 6 months price hold promo and later alter to 8 months price hold promo, with sales person later again emailed us in writing that he "would secure the current price and current promo* (*which no matter when we build the price will not change)" and suggested the building contract is standard across the board which was provided by the Housing Industry Association (HIA). At the same time, we have also received 11 months price hold promo from the other builder verbally. But at the end, we have decided to go to Celebration Homes simply because of the written email received about price holding. As expected, title was delayed for more than 6 months.. Celebration Homes verbally suggested title of land will be ready around August 2013 and requested us to attend the pre-start meeting. During the meeting, we have signed the building contract with few minor variations for additional material and changes.4 comments

We built with Celebrations in 2010 and had a relatively good experience up and until the aftercare maintenance. We upgraded our front door and have had nothing but drama's with celebrations as our door has been leaking for 3 years, I have slipped whilst 8 months pregnant with my 1st child and they cant figure out why our door is leaking? We have had numerous carpenters and supervisors out and they seems to be all baffled??? We have had weather strips, silicone on door and still a problem. Last month the door manufacturer came out and conducted...
Read more an inspection on the door he told me the strip may have been put round wrong way and that is why we are still having problems. I have left numerous message for someone to contact me in the maintenace division over 3 days, finally a lady contacted me back to tell me the report that came back from the manufacturer states our door is in good condition??????????? Lies!!!!!!!!!!!! They are not persuing the matter now as they have this lovely little report stating this. How is our door in a good condition if we are still leaking after 3 years? I was told a manager would contact me yesterday I am now going into my 2nd day with no management contact! I am not going to hold my breathe with any contact with celebrations however, I am pregnant with my 2nd child and should I slip and hurt myself due to a faulty door that they wish to not fix after 3 years I will be pursuing further action legally! Customer service dont get back to you ever and you need to ring numerous times! Dont waste your time, build with a better builder . We are looking at building again and would never go through this builder again and I will be letting all my friends know not too either! Faulty front door for 3 years!1 comment

Fair warning to any new home builder.
My wife and I signed up to build with Celebration homes at the height of the boom in WA in 2008 so we could get the generous first home builders grant. As it turns out, the funds we had received were very short of generous after the builder's terrible service. Please see the summarised version of the building process below.
1 - Told it would be 12 months to build, took 6 months. We had to cancel a rental agreement at significant cost to my wife and I because a typical rental agreement states that if you cant find someone to sublet you are li...
Read moreable for the whole of the contract until such a time as you can... blah blah blah (Please note this is the general gist). 2 - After having reviewed and signed over 25 contracts with the builder, all pretty much for the same thing with some slight modifications we kicked off the building process. Do yourself a favor, do not sign anything! 3 - The prestart co-coordinater was a brilliant actor. Great to my face and on the phone, but give her an email and she was borderline abusive. A lot of our problems stem from the prestart. We asked for certain things that the useless prestart lady said she would do but never took down any notes, as if she was not even present. 4 - Before the concrete paid went down, they filled the block with lime to do the site works. Note, nothing grows in lime so we have had to remove the soil at great expense to actually have a garden.3 comments

Red Alert....Terrible Experience...Not Happy At All!!!!!
We signed the PWC (Premilinary Works Contract) with Celebrations and soon after signing the contract our sales consultant left the company and there was no news or introduction from the new consultant. After few months of signing the contract we received a letter advising us of change of consultant and when contacted him he was absolutely busy everytime we try to catch him. He just treated us as a job number and didn't communicate with us at all. We had to follow up with the building contract which we received after 4 months of signing the PWC....

Hi there,
I built my home back in 2017 with Celebration Homes. I had the 1 year post maintenance guys come out and sort the cracks out and used a jack hammer thing to gauge out the cracks and refill them. Last year I noticed them coming back in the same area and now they’re bigger than ever, is this is covered by celebration homes warranty ?
I’m wanting to paint soon and I can’t paint with those massive cracks ! Needing some advice please

About Celebration Homes
Celebration Homes offer a number of home-building services in Perth and South-West Western Australia. They have a number of home designs (many of which are available to view at display homes – or for viewing in a ‘virtual hub’), as well as home and land packages.
While these are fairly standard inclusions, Celebration Homes also partners with Resolve Finance to give you a ‘finance health check,’ and help explore various options when it comes to finding the best deal on a home loan. This extra inclusion helps take some of the pressure off your plate, especially if you’re new to the home-building process and are unsure where to start.
Points of praise for Celebration Homes
