Excellent Product and Service
We are so happy with the our service from Centurion. We have built over 40 Houses over the past 2 years and we have used Centurion Garage Doors in every one of our houses. The colour selection and the range of products are very modern and of the highest quality. We are also very impressed with Centurion's after care service as well. I cant not recommend them high enough.
I'm very happy with the door. It's modern and looks really good. It was an non-standard installation but that didn't cause any problems and didn't make the cost blow out. The process from quotation to installation went smoothly and I was emailed keeping me up to date. Something I like which was they installed, at no extra charge, was a wall switch to operate the door from within the garage. Very pleasant buying experience.
I normally do not do reviews but in this case I have to say how happy we are with such professional service. The service reps were awesome, your customer service was outstanding. We live in Floreat and had the smallest door I think Centurion have ever had to do. Other company's turned there nose up to our job but not Centurion they custom made a fantastic door, the look of our house has changed for the better. We have highly recommended them to our friends who are in the process of building. The after service of the Managers and all the team of Centurion five stars happy customer.
What a feeling
I want to thank centurion for their fantastic old-time customer service from sale rep to main office staff to installer. Highly recommended.
December 6th 2014 Update:
Thank you Centurion for your old fashion customer service treatment from your sales rep to your main office staff to your installer, all were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. The after care has been great and our product, a sectional roller door works perfectly, just as described, and is a god send.
Utterly useless, very disappointing!
Had the garage door installed and it was like they did not even check it once they installed it. The communication is absolutely appalling and they take weeks to send someone out to fix anything. Our garage door is only 3 months old and it has completely stopped working. Our car was locked in the garage because the door would not open. We rang centurion and they said the earliest they could send someone out was 7 days later. They then asked us to bring in the remotes to check them and they also asked us to manually lift our 31 course garage doo...r!! Complete lack of response and workmanship. It is like no-one in this company cares enough to put out a quality product or take care of any maintenance issues. Many issues with poor customer service and lack of response time. I hope no one has to have our experience with this completely useless company!
Bought two, not just one Centurion electric garage doors with our newly built home. These doors were not fitted correctly from the get go and were " repaired " and " re set " many times before we moved in. Their attention to keeping appointment times was woeful and this meant even more inconvenience to us, the customers, in trying to allow them to rectify the faults with the products they sold us, and were paid for. On one occasion they left a big oil stain on the new concrete floor and recently one door has started to " fall " apart. The doors...are used very rarely but one that is used the most, once a week only, is falling apart. This means every time we use the door we need to look for fallen screws ( so as to not damage the car tyres ) and we run the risk of the support beams falling onto our cars or persons when the door is opened or closed. We did contact Centurion as the fault is the screws used to assemble the doors have pulled thru' the very thin sheeting used in construction, we even had a solution we were prepared to put in place / fix, but needed to know some details from them. After 4 calls on the subject we got nowhere but were threatened and told if we even touched the doors ALL warranty would be voided yadda, yadda, yadda. What they fail to see is there product and service from the get go was inferior, we want to fix this but it will be their way or no way at all, at their convenience, when they want to do it and how they want to do it. On one occasion prior we were told they could NOT secure a time to fix the door, only an am or pm, we took time off work to be here for the pm appointment, only to get a phone at about 4.50 saying with some joking voice, " I guess you realise we cannot make it today, we will be there to-morrow am some time ". This defect was not corrected at the time as a new motor was required and had to be ordered in. Weeks later we chased this as we had not heard back only to be told they were waiting for us to call them ????? This meant not just 4 hours off work, but 8 for the first call, then another day off for them to fix / replace the motor. So in conclusion poorly made doors, poorly installed doors, poor organisational skills, rubbish after sales service, poor customer satisfaction ! Would recommend people try their luck with another company based on our experience over a 9 month period.
We recently had a door installed by the Tullamarine office of Centurion. We felt of all the suppliers we had quote Centurion had the most features. We particularly liked the door seals which came a standard on the centurion door as we wanted to use the garage for other than just parking cars.
The door arrived on time and the installer did a great job. We are very happy the door lokos graet and runs very smoothly
Doors are of a poor quality customer service even worse
Have had three doors replaced free of charge over a period of time to the credit of Centurion but still having trouble with their doors. This amounts to a total now of four doors installed in approx. 21/2 years. The lasted door installed is the worst of the lot they can't get their act together, customer service is appalling it is always somebody else problem when phoning and they promise that they will get them to call back. It never happens. Five calls in the last two weeks surprise, no response. The problem keeps dragging out nobody seems to care or able to rectify the problem with their doors.
