Unhappy with quality of product and returns
Purchased $70.00 fan - faulty. Replacement finally arrived however it well died well within warranty period. Now they are refusing a refund totally which is understandable, however this would be the easiest solution for everybody. They won't be responsible for the return postage even though they are in the wrong for supplying faulty goods, and the faulty item is covered by their warranty. So now we all have to endure expense and delay and a very unpleasant shopping experience. Let's hope the third fan works cause the first two didn't.
