Bad experience dealing with this lot
Ordered goods on 20th May 2020 with express post delivery. Listed as in stock. Supposedly dispatched 21st May by express post. Didn't arrive so emailed them twice for tracking details but no response at all. Now 5 weeks later and no contact and no goods.

Seems like a scam
Despite the product being ‘in stock’ I have not received my order. I was sent a tracking number that didn’t work, after a few weeks I called and an operator said they would resend and email a new tracking number but no such information was sent. No one answered last time I called either. They took my money almost a month ago. Over three hundred dollars. I think it’s a scam.
I placed an order over 20 days now. I called several time’s and left messages and emailed too but till date no reply or response. I am going to write to ombudsman and find out about this company and make sure people are aware of these kind of shady online shopping.
Paid in Full.... and nothing!
I've paid hundreds of dollars for my products with the funds debited from my account straight away. No communication for order confirmation. No communication as to when my products will be dispatched or delivered. I've emailed multiple times now with no response. I've called multiple times to only wait for a long time and then to be hung up on. Will be reporting to ACCC and Fair Trading. They cannot take customers money and provide a non-delivery of product or service. What this company is doing is illegal.
Have to agree with the other reviews, absolutely hopeless company with misleading stock levels and no customer service. No answer on their phone number and no response to multiple emails. Stay away, dodgy company who doesn't care about their customers.
Nonexistent customer service
Hopeless company with absolutely misleading website stock levels and no customer service. I sent multiple emails and called their customer service line (which hung up twice after ten minute waiting time) and then without any feedback cancelled my order. Luckily they did credit the payment.
No Customer service and doggy online Chemist
I put $206 order for some of the medicines. Most of them were out of stock. They cancelled those items and sent the rest in stocks with charging $8.95 shipping fee without my confirmation. They didn't send me an email for notified or asking if I still want the other items with shipping with fee or not. I had email them right after that, But there was no reply from them. This is very doggy Chemist I had ever since in Australia. Today I had cheeked on their website and those out of stocks items are still available. Beware people, do not purchase anything from this chemist, all they want to sell other stock quickly and charge fee with shipping. I would give them zero star with my horrible experience.

I found Chemist Australia sold the Olay Facial Cleansing Wipes I had been looking for and ordered six packets of them. The website clearly indicated that American Express was an acceptable method of payment. After completing my order their website generated an order number. The following day I received an email from Chemist Australia, detailing the contents of my order but asking that I pay again as they no longer accept American Express! I immediately fired off a response citing the company's deceptive/misleading information on the website...regarding payment methods, their unprofessional attitude regarding maintaining the accuracy of the website and their lack of client service and attention to detail. I further advised that I would consider whether or not I went ahead with the order. To date, I've not had a response from Chemist Australia (further indication of their lack of professionalism and client service skills). I have not gone ahead with the order - I found a better deal on "Fishpond". Avoid this "dodgy" mob at all costs.
one month later and no products arrived
I selected items (that were in stock) and the payment was accepted. One month later still no products. If items are in stock then send them and no excuses. If there are issues with stock (even though your web site says they are in stock) then send what you have, and send the rest of the items later. I think you didn't want to pay delivery twice but its your error, and where is the customer service ?
