Very satisfied with my booking. Saulo Rodriquez was waiting waiting for us at the arrival gate. He then took us to the hotel and gave us orientation on what our schedule was. He handed all tickets we required for our tour and his contact deal should we require assistance. He also gave us warm tea which was to help us with altitude problems. Saulo was able anytime to assist and answer any questions we have. He is very punctual and professional. He was also there to see us off.
