Chinavasion

Bought a game trail camera to see what was eating fruit on my trees that were already covered by netting.
They advertised these at a fair price so I ordered one. Silly me. I thought I was buying one that actually worked..How wrong I was. Never worked from day 1. China-evasion from now on.

I brought a phone for my son 6 months ago through chinavasion. The battery has since expanded and ripped the phone apart. I have tried to contact chinavasion many times as per the instructions to get the phone repaired or replaced under warranty. It has been a month now and still nothing from them. Beware if you need to send faulty items back for repair or replacement.

Too many orders go missing or arrive damaged. They also sell fakes and knock offs. From what I've learnt about this company, they are not a 100% scam, but are so dodgy and careless that the outcome is the same for many people.

Any electronics they sell don't come with Australian approved power packs with correct pins, they can only supply adaptors with fit over the Chinese prongs which are also not compliant to AU standards

I purchased a solar powered security camera.No problem with delivery,however it soon became obvious this item did not work..Emails were answered and instructed me to return this item.[paid by me]I made it quite clear do not send a similar replacement as this had design problems.I received the same model about 4 weeks later in the mail and was identical to my original. It did not work also..After several emails I was given a credit for this item only to be used with them..I purchased a digital recorder with it. arrived in reasonable time,worked...

I recently purchased 10 under cabinet lights with magnetic bases from Chinavasion. I picked these because I was putting the lights into metal cabinets, so thought these were perfect for my application.
I received the order and none of the bases have the magnets. They have the place for a magnet, but it’s empty.

Be Aware: I have purchased Android 4.0 Tablet PC “Starlight” 10.1”tablet from Chinavasion.com. Note the spelling, is this deliberate, I think so. Anyway, the item arrived within 4 days of ordering whoopee off we go. That’s the end of the good bits, unpacked the tablet and found that the Wi-Fi reception on this tablet is poor quality. I am only able to get a signal from my strong Wi-Fi 5bars transmitting, to receive 4 bars within 2 metres and no bars at 8-10 metres away.
