Zero Customer Service
Visited Narre Warren (Fountain Gate) store to see if they had a particular carpet that I had decided on (had a quote from another company and was keen to get one from them for the job) ..2 guys at desk staring at their computers , no acknowledgement as I stood there, so no problem I thought they must be busy, so I started to walk through the store to find the particular wool carpet and colour I had wanted . After about 5 min of searching I finally found it ...great so I walk back to the counter and stand again in front of the desk with the carp...et sample in my hand ...one guy gets out of his seat ...then heads for the door behind him ..there is a office with a big cut out void where I see two woman also standing, they look at me then start talking to the guy ...I go back to the guy staring at the computer in the desk in front of me ....nup he is not going to look up or help .....by this stage annoyingly I ask ....hello is there any body here who is able to help me ? Without an apology or acknowledgement, one of the woman looked at the guy and said, you can ! So he comes out from the office door with this, so what do you want expression ...I tell him, he walks away to his desk ...sits down , I notice there are seats in front of his desk but I’m left standing while he calculates things , he yells several question to me then after about 5 min yells out a price ! I left feeling incredibly underwhelmed, it was a good price but I decided to go with the other company because if this is there level of customer service it was only going to go downhill from here !
Outstanding customer service
Would just like to say a huge thank- you to Nikita from Choices Flooring Bundall. Her customer service was exceptional. Let a loan her product knowledge was outstanding. Choices Bundall was the first store we went into & didn't consider going anywhere else after leaving. As everyone with young children would know, shopping can be quiet hard. Nikita provided colouring in & entertainment whilst we looked around, which put our mind at ease. We greatly appreciated her patience. We assumed the process would be daunting but it was nothing but easy going. We are over the moon and can't thank Choices Bundall enough.
Turned up late
Purchased new carpet for our house,was called the day before to be told a time frame.Which was between 7 and 9 am.
Waited till 9am no show,no phone call
I called them,they said one of the installers was sick,now they will be there between 11 and 1.
1 pm no show called again.
They turned up at 1.20 pm.
The installers themselves were great no complaints.
Due to the fact they didn't call to advise me they are going to be late,i will not get my kitchen floor from them.
A disappointing experience remedied by good staff
We had a poor experience with the installer however both Stefan and Denise from choices flooring have been very helpful in getting things fixed up.
It does demonstrate a lot about a company who are willing to fix these kinds of things
