poor quality product

Was working great initially but within 4years broken due to internal leak. Lucky no electric shock happened. Forced to replace as it broken during the weekend. Very disappointed... Only 3years warranty offered by company

Purchased in June 2014.

I have a newly installed Chromagen m26 hot water. If I slightly adjust the heat downwards all hot water ceases. Is this a sensor problem and can a plumber fix it or do I call for a warranty repair? Showering is a nightmare
