My most favourite shop in the world
City beach is my favourite store ever! I am OBSESSED with all of there products and if I could I would buy the whole store. I have bought many swimmers, hats, jumpers, tops, denim and more from there. I am always looking forward to going to there store online or in person. Their online support is pretty good and are fast at replying and they want to help you. I have been shopping here for years, but... there is one downside... everything is super pricy. I wish that I could shop here every weekend, but I usually shop here about 6 times a year as...I don't have a lot of money at all. I love window shopping there and it's so so sooo exciting when I do save up and have the chance to buy things. City beach has a special place in my heart and I will continue to keep shopping here.
Fantastic service online, and then again at the store where I picked up item
I saw a womens rash top online. I emailed and got a reply from Patrick. He let me know what I wanted was in store in the size I wanted in my local shop. I went up to the shop, staff very helpful, friendly and fantastic.
Came home very happy chappy. Couldn't rate my dealings with City Beach high enough.
Great customer service
We brought bikinis which turned a strange colour in the pool. They refunded money very quickly on the return of the item We will buy from them again as everything else has been of great quality
Their clothes will shrink
Bought some beautiful comfy pants for $50
Unfortunately half their clothes are made of rayon and shrink even in a cold load. If you sell clothes that need super special care you have to label them clearly otherwise it's deceiving customers.
Excellent quality and service
I made an online purchase and was so impressed with the service and quality of items that when it was my birthday I requested vouchers. Again ordered Tuesday and delivered to Perth Friday. Thank you City Beach. I have recommended to family and friends.
I ordered a couple of beanies online (to help cope with the chilly Melbourne weather!) They arrived really quickly and are beautiful quality. Great communication with regular delivery updates. Very happy!
Is a brilliant store but really disappointed with my recent purchase
I’m a frequent customer at city beach and usually I’m really happy with there clothing but when I received a dress I purchased online there was a line of material that had been pulled up on the back of the dress. I’m not looking to return it as it’s to much effort and it was needed urgently for a special occasion.
Great Online and In Store!
I usually shop at the Rouse Hill, or Mount Druitt (Westfield) stores. Though I've seen the negative reviews about City Beach, I love their clothing, and their customer service is fantastic! The staff are always so pleasant. They assist with all that they can :) The only issue I have is that sometimes their sizing can be out of whack.
Outstanding all round
The order came really fast, it was exactly what i ordered and came beautifully packaged, the slippers were really soft and well made, they are very comfortable and worth the money we spent
Not worth the money
Purchased a dress off their site, initially they made a mistake and sent the wrong item but they solved the issue without a problem. Their pricing however is very high and I will not be purchasing from city beach again.
WORST UGGS EVER
So I order 1 pair of uggs they come damaged, they took a week to return all the messages, so I ordered another pair thinking it was a once off!! Well I was wrong, second pair came damaged also... so please be careful!
Ordered and paid for products 2 days ago and yet to receive an email acknowledgement - though online it shows that my order is "complete". I understand there are some delivery delays because of COVID19, but surely an automated response shouldn't be delayed too? I emailed customer service to follow up yesterday and am yet to get a reply. First and last time online customer, that's for sure!
Worst customer service. Never buying from citybeach again.
I purchased on 12th of April and I opted for items to be express posted to me. On the 20th of April I reached out after I received no correspondence as to where my parcel was, on that afternoon of the 20th Of April I received an email stating one of the items I purchased was not in stock.
After many requests for someone to contact me regarding this then take me off their mailing list, I received the remainder of my order (on the 23rd of April) and have not received any correspondence regarding my displeasure with this purchase only emails about sales that are on.
So I wait almost 2 weeks for City Beach to dispatch my order, their explanation - “I can see our team are just awaiting stock of a couple of your items. Once these items have been retrieved your order will be sent out as soon as possible.”
After 3 weeks, my parcel arrives with 2 of the 7 items still missing?!? Items that I PAID for!!!
Their customer service has been shocking to say the least and now after waiting so long I didn’t even get what I ordered!
City Beach management - what’s your excuse? Is this what you call service?! Where is my money - or items I purchased?!

Not the best
I last went to the Watertown store in Perth and found a top in the sale section with a $19 sale sticker on it. When I went to purchase said top, the girl scanned the label and it came up as $34.95. She tried to tell me that was what the price was meant to be so that's what I should pay. I usually dislike speaking up about these things but I really wanted the top and so said I would be paying $19 or I'd just leave it because it was in the sale section with a sale sticker attached. She then questioned whether I actually found it in the sale secti...on or not. Like sorry but It's not the customers fault that your staff incorrectly priced an item and put it out on the sales floor. She eventually put it through at $19 but I think she just couldn't be bothered with it and wanted to move me on as quickly as possible. Another gripe is the swimsuit sizes - a size 12 top is more like a size 8, I am by no means large but I was spilling out of every top I tried. Because of these things I tend to avoid City Beach in favour of more affordable shops with better range of sizes.
I am so incredibly happy with my purchase!!! I ordered the Lexii boots on sunday, paid for normal postage, NOT EXPRESS, and got them on Tuesday! only two business days, i'm so impressed!!!

Purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger Tights for $90 and the quality of them is atrocious! They are transparent in the back without having the need to bend down. Very disappointing
Worst Customer Service!
Faulty Fossil watch took 11 weeks to replace under warranty with City Beach when Fossil themselves could have sorted it in 1 week. This company have no idea how to service their customers. Their Returns Department are complete idiots. They just gave me the Fossil tracker info to use myself when they couldn't be bothered to get an update themselves. They said - "we don't have the replacement". Fossil said "City Beach signed for it 2 days ago" What joke. Someone there hates their job. Management don't give a crap. Complete idiots.
Denied change room. Told i could change outside of change room.
I have never been denied a change room. I was told my daughter could change outside of change room. I said I would prefer privacy of a change room. So stepped into changing area as with my child as we were not given changing room. Others after me were given and went into change rooms. All we wanted was some where to hang items and private room to try on items in private. I told the change room lady this is ridiculous and needed a change room as we’re trying items on. I walked into a private change room without her consent. It was much easier t...o try on things and finally had privacy. However, we were left feeling exposed from changing in in an exposed area at first, lack of privacy and lack of customer service. Only bought item because my child wanted it.

Hi I was just wondering if anyone didn't receive a confirmation email but still got their order?
Hi Trinity, I'm yet to get mine. I spoke to and Customer service today and she told me their systems had been down since Friday so there would be delays getting the emails. I got an email late today to say they are processing... So it's a waiting game. In saying that, placed an order with platypus a day after city beach... And I got that parcel today.
Are the jeans stretchy and is a 14 big or tight fit
