No customer service
I had a scheduled booking for a filter system installation yesterday between 2-5pm.
After waiting until after 5pm with no one showing up I decided to contact the company (via FB msger as they wouldn't answer calls), they stated that my "technician had an emergency and wouldn't be coming today".
No one even bothered to give me a courtesy call during the 3hr booking window to state no one would be able come. Absolutely terrible customer service. They then stated they'd call first thing tomorrow to arrange a solution. I didn't get a call...

I won’t never ever wanna hear back from this People at all, so so unprofessional! They told us they will be sending someone’s to my place to install at 2 pm!! But nearly 2 hours after, around 4 pm, I called them and they become with nonsense excuse that they did try to call me!? But case what!!! No ones called from them, just being waiting and cancel my baby doctor appointment because of this stupid services. I highly not recommend this unprofessional peoples at all! I wish I can write more but that’s more then enough. Stop stop nonsense to people, we all have a life and I am not going to waste my time with someone’s they don’t respect other peoples time time and life style.

Bad running on time, accusing the customer with bad language, they won't care about the customer service and never try to call or send at lease a message to tell you they running late. And if you speak to manager won't help you as well

Arrived to install under bench filtration system.
Drilled 10-12mm hole into stainless steel bench top however it was in the wrong place, too close to the edge of the sink and hit the lip of the ceramic kitchen basin. Wanted to continue to drill through the basin lip. I expressed my concern regarding this as then it would compromise the kitchen basin and potentially crack it. Could not give me a morning time for installation - inefficient and ultimately rude
My 2 year old sleeps 12-3 and I asked repeatedly for a time either in the morning or afternoon. 3 times they scheduled my install between 12-3pm. Not good customer service. I cancelled the installation and the customer service consultant could not care less.
Day old filter doesnt work
Purchased the 3 stage filter, the next day I noticed white bits in the water. I used it a couple more times then it stopped working altogether. Called their reception, they advised me that a technician will be in touch and come out the next day. Didn't receive a call back and no technician came to check.
Bad experience with this clean &clear company
It was very bad bad bad experience to deal with this company. The water flow was so weak after installation for 4 weeks. We keep to call the company and told us to wait until their technician who come back from Sydney to fix. Totally waiting nearly 1.5 months. NO Recommend this company at all.choose any other companies.
Worst service in over 10 years
Appointment was confirmed for between 10&1. Today. Left several messages with Clean & Clear from 2o'clock onwards when no one arrived and NO courtesy calls to advise of the delay. I had to cancel a doctors appointment to still be here for the guy. Technician turned up at 3:35 claiming to have rung which when I checked the phone there was NO missed calls. He claimed to us that the office had overbooked him with calls a long way away from where we are hence why he was late. Only gave a $10 discount off the bill for the inconvenience. We have bee...n having their service for over 10years and NEVER had bad service ever before. If he was genuine and he was overbooked then the office needs to look at their scheduling for their tech guys I was offered $15 for a good review which I refused to give hence why only $10.
Unprofessional and Dishonest
The price on their replacement filters increases every time they talk to you. They quote you a price and when they come to replace them, they increase the price. When I rang the head office and asked why this is happening, they said they will talk to the installer and get back to me. They never got back to me. This was happening every year since I installed their 5 stage system. I got fed up with this and changed companies for the replacement filters. They they rang me to say that I have voided my warranty by buying replacement filters from another company. At least now, I don't have to deal with these shonky company.

Always under quoting....... always trying to up sale to unnecessary need to be replaced parts (especially to the lack of knowledge people).

Had to comeback a few days after the installation back in June 2017. It leaked because of improper installation (3 Stages water filter). The leak has caused d...amaged to my under-sink cabinet because we just noticed the leak 2 days after it had been installed. (I got the pictures and videos taken). Was quoted 255$, end up paying 355$. Today is 01.06.18 Friday, I got an annual service as per advised quoted for 119$ done. In the document that I saved, it was mentioned about the $119 is including Cartridges replacement. Why on earth I got charged $155 (additional 36$ for a chlorine filter replacement with 2 year lifespan after 1 year??? dirty??? impossible, I live in a new-ish area, and no taste of chlorine what so ever if I drink the water straight from the tap). Besides, that filteris not suppose to due for replacement for another year. (I was not at home and my wife agreed to pay for something that was not required). I also remembered that I asked the customer service earlier this week, if there will be additional cost apart from the $119, and was told THERE IS NONE (she fully understood that one year old system does not need to have the extra cartridge to be replaced). Based in these two experiences with the company, I conclude that it is taking advantage of people agreeing in something that they are not sure of. It is not about the money, but more that this company got away with their way to make more money every time.

I book to install water filter at my place and no one turned up, no calls at all, then i book again at another date and nobody turned up again, no calls no nothing again. So sick with this company very unprofessional. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY TO ANYBODY!!!
WORST COMPANY EVER
Should be 0 stars. After being called approximately 10 times in the past 18 months, each time with me informing the operator to take my name off their call list, they call again today. I informed them that the last time they called me which was approximately 2 months ago, the operator confirmed that I should not be getting any more calls, albeit in a rude and abrupt way, not demonstrating any remorse for the continuing abuse of contact information. I had previously blocked several of their numbers on my phone, but somehow, they're able to use d...ifferent numbers to get through. Today, when asked the operator why they're calling despite having confirmed recently that I will not be receiving any calls, again there was no remorse, she told me that I was actually on a "voided" list so I asked why then is she still calling me, she flatly states "Maybe I'm just checking up on you." Unbelievably unprofessional.
Very poor attitude to Customer Service/Satisfaction
Yesterday, Tuesday about 11:00, technician Adam serviced our reverse osmosis filter of 8 years and advised us to open the tap until the tank is empty and the flow stops, then wait 40 minutes (until the tank is full again), then open the tap to flush the tank contents out. Repeat this a second time.
I paid the bill of $305 right away.
After he had left, we opened the tap — but the flow did not stop. After we got suspicious, we filled 3 buckets (much more than the tank can hold) but the flow did not stop. Something was not quite right, Adam had...
Terrible Service, Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service.
I received a letter of demand...September 22nd for a service that apparently was completed in May. I replied via email stating "Not sure why you have sent me this letter? This is the first advice I have for a request for payment. I haven't had my filter changed for ages and I have been chasing clean and clear for many months to come change my filters....the service has been disgusting to say the least....Not sure when you think you came to service my filter but I can assure you this scribble on the invoice is not my signature"
Terribly Shonky Damage From Leak
Unfortunately the water filter leaked, they came to fix it, but it had damaged the ceiling under the kitchen, Clean and Clear refused to discuss this or return any calls. Year later they call to organise the annual service and tell me I should have lodged an insurance claim and that they now have new management and will not do anything about the damage. So disappointing, I now doubt the efficacy of the purifier if the company is so dodgy.
Annual Service & Cartridge replacement
Product is good but the Professionalism & Staff - AWFUL!!!
I got my filter installed last year & they've sent me a confirmation email that the Annual servicing & replacement of cartridges will be $ 99 when it comes to do it - they've asked $ 150!!!!! Upon referring the mail - the lady said " Don't refer me any email - we have changed the price - choice is yours - keep it or leave it" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM - NEVER GO WITH THE CHEAT COMPANY
Provided me with free water cooler - it gives me hot boiling water & upon reported this issue - they've said we have no stock, when it will arrive we will let you know. STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL!!!!!!

Hi Peter, it’s $119 plus anything else they decide needs replacing. If you don’t agree, they tell you your warranty will be void. We were told another part had to be replaced which ended up costing us $155. Maybe next year they will tell us something else needs to be replaced and it will be $200!
interested to see if there are other water filter companies out there to compare to. I’ll be looking.
Hi Peter, It is $119 for the normal yearly replacement and then every two years another part needs replacing and that brings it up to the $155. I had mine done yesterday and that was the cost. I am extremely happy with mine as the water is lovely and fresh tasting.
It's supposed to be $119 for 2 stages, or $155 for 3 stages (the 3rd stage only needs to be changed every 2 years), however Clean and Clear have charged me $155 for the last 3 years in a row, and even though they tell me on the phone that "the third stage was changed last year so you don't need to change it this year" the plumber who comes onsite just replaces all 3 stages anyway, and I don't find out until I get the invoice (and look in our kitchen bin to find all the old filters laying in there with our rubbish).
