Very happy with Clear To Work. They are the cheapest and fastest provider of police checks in Australia. I will be using their services for the rest of my working life!

Kudos to the company, very fast and reliable service. The instructions where clear and precise. Easy to understand and i would always recommend this company to other people as well.

Was initially pulled up by saying Bank card was not correct type.
Send back same image with “debit” text highlighted.

Fairly easy to use and a quick outcome. I got the result the same day. Given the option for web cam pictures or to download which made it simpler. Follow the prompts and it is done!

I found it frustrating: Each request was not clear about the outcome Clear to Work was looking for. For example: When I was asked what identification I was going to use, e.g. Drivers Licence, it would have helpful to say, “further in the process we’re going to ask you to photograph the front & back of your licence”. This is after I’ve already taken a photo of me holding the license. Again I was not told in advance that photos of Passport, Bank Card & Centrelink card would be required to be photographed either! Neither did the page for the phot...

Completed an online RSA course.The course itself was informative and comprehensive, with better questions than other courses. Customer service was excellent, with all issues dealt with quickly and effectively with no back and forth required.

I recently had an issue with Clear to work, not happy, but hats off to the management team, got back to me straight away and gone very much above and beyond to make sure the issue was sorted. I found the process to be good but it was a little difficult uploading documents because it kept saying they were over sized all the time. It would have been a much faster process if it uploaded the standard size documents.

I went on the internet looking for an efficient and affordable police check service and I found Clear to Work site. Easy application process although you do have to have access to ID and photos of them to get through it but just being thorough. I was delighted to receive my Police Check in under a day!!

I paid to do my RSA on line, and because I didn't instantly have my USI, I had to ring my study institute and get it, thus having to go right back to the beginning of the application to do my RSA on line a second time! Long story short, I ended up paying for it twice - instead of $114, I ended up paying $228! Quick and cheapest I find. Had response in 24hrs. Very happy with the result as have used others in the past and this was the quickest and most simplest for a report.
