Great look not so perfect quality
Actually , some what dissatisfied , one of the contacts had a burr on the outer edge. This caused irritation and forced me to discontinue using it after about 7 hrs .
Poor product this time around.
Your service is great but I’m unhappy with the brand. The lenses are quite flimsy. Also, every second or third lens sticks or irritates and has to be changed.
I don't know why but my vision got blurry as I tried them on. But the delivery was on time.
Poor Invoice Details for Australian Health Fund Claims
This was my second order and prescription entry and frame selection was easy. Fulfilment of the order was excellent and reasonably fast. Very happy with the delivered glasses. For Australians this is the good news about Clearly. The bad news for Australians is that the issued invoice, for the second order did not allow me to maximise my health fund benefits here in Australia with many items missed for the lense features such as anti scratch, UV filters, anti reflective coating etc. This was a repeat of the experience from the first order and c...learly lessons were not learned. I’m still going back and forth with emails with one response indicating that a amended invoice with all the health fund benefits itemised would be issued but sadly not delivered according to their agreement. Sadly, I would not recommend Clearly if you want to claim Australian health fund benefits for lenses with multiple features because the glasses are great but the invoicing is atrocious but go ahead and use Clearly if all you need is ground and polished plain lenses and frames in Australia.
Not happy at all...
Not happy at all with these Sunglasses!
The prescription Sunglasses gradient lenses are far to dark.
I just wonder why these people who cut the lens do such a bad job, after all you just put the gradient lens into the machine correctly and it's done!
Obviously "Clearly" needs to take control of people preparing glasses.
Did not change my eye colour.
Store was great to navigate through. Quick delivery as well.
Unfortunately the coloured lenses did not have enough pigment in them to change my natural eye colour. They were also more rigded than expected.
Parcel received three weeks later. Not happy.
Reordering on site was easy. However, I received contacts three weeks later. Not happy. Am hesitant to buy from them again.
Great foe contact lenses, not so good for glasses
The site and ordering process is simple and the glasses were cheap. However, I did not expect them to arrive and literally fall apart on my face on the first wear. They promised to reissue them quickly - as I had bought them to travel - but they didn’t in fact arrive until 2 weeks after i returned so that was also disappointing. I can’t say to th quality of the second pair, I’ve worn them once only and they stayed together but I bought auto darkening sunglasses (can’t think of the proper term) and they only go slaughter grey in full sunlight so won’t be wearing them again.
Ok, but not great quality...
Mirror tints were not perfect. Imperfections on the tint as you can see near my thumb. I suppose what you pay for is what you get.
Will probably source from somewhere else next time...
I would rather pay more and buy from a traditional shop. The glasses usually don't suit me and therefore not good value. I have a lot of pairs I've never worn.
This company used to be quick to act and provide good service - the decline over the past two years is madness - I am now looking for a different online supplier - poor
Poor internal control in processing online order
This was the first time I ordered my contact lenses online with this company, I suppose this will also be the last time...
The following are my experiences dealing with this online company:
1. Fast delivery with eParcel from NSW
2. Easy contact via chat online with their representative (although it took me almost 45 minutes to get my order issue explained and resolved)
When I received my delivery, I noted that the items delivered to me is short by one box. I then discovered this is due to the quantity stated in the packing slip attached wit...h the delivery is different from the actual quantity I ordered as stated in the order form. In order words, the packing team has correctly picked and packed my order based on the packing slip. Unfortunately , the information was not correctly interfaced between their system used for ordering and generating packing slip. ( perhaps CLEARLY is acting as an agent accepting my order and it then passed my order to its contact (different company) to process and send me my order. I will avoid this company. . It is just waste of my time getting issue resolved when thing goes wrong as a result of their poor internal control system.
They are the wrong colours that were delivered
I ordered 3 different colours and I received 2 blue in the same colour and the brown doesn’t look the same as the picture.

Everything good except the product. I found for a monthly contact lens one of them failed on the first day. They felt in my eyes more like a disposable daily lens. I have not used them again after the first day and chosen to go back to finding something else
They do not fit as per the 'try on' photo on the website. As well as the measurements provided to ensure the fit correctly still did not assist. As a single mum I have very little money to spend, which is why I chose your site and these frames in the first place. I am so so disappointed and have no choice but to wear them and deal with the headaches and the unappealing look on my face. As well as the extremely long shipping, confusion email I received when querying, and the fact that the opening hours to speak with someone are ridiculous and ...basically impossible to communicate on the phone. The shipping information on the website is not cohesive with the staff members explanation. Apparently they were being 'made' but the 'Handmade in China's stamp proves otherwise. However the packaging was acceptable and professional.

How can I claim from my private health insurance?
Not really sure but they do provide you with a good receipt. Perhaps you can lodge that
When ordering you will see an option to elect to have a tax receipt emailed to you to submit to your health fund, and there's a drop down box listing them all. Even if you don't ask for the receipt y...ou can get it later. I claim mine back from NIB with no problems.
