Used to be great, not so much anymore!
I've been a customer since 2011, have 3 pairs from them (2x regular glasses, 1x prescription sunglasses) all have been of great quality.
I have a high prescription so I always order the highest index 1.67 lens, which is still a bit thicker than the average lens, which I don't mind as I know what it would be without it.
After ordering twice, waiting about 2 weeks after the first order to be told that the frames were not suitable for my prescription, which is understandable, but why did it take 2 weeks to notify me? Second order, I was told...after almost 2 weeks that the frames had been damaged while lenses were being fitted and it was the last pair left...I was seriously considering not ordering again, but I gave it one more go. Everything went ok, until I got the glasses, and the lenses were so thick and heavy, they didn't even look like high index lenses, they stuck out an extra 3mm from the plastic frame and were so heavy they left me with red marks on my nose and a headache later on. Sent them a message asking if there was a mistake with my order and maybe lenses weren't thinned out, but was told that they had a new lens supplier and this is that the 1.67 was now like. I had to unfortunately send them back, they were not wearable at all. Will not be buying from them again! Hopefully in the future they decide the find a better supplier that can help out those of us with bad eyesight!

I just received an email stating that I have "helped 1500 people". All I have done is hindered their life because after writing this, I discovered that they had made my prescription up wrong. The glasses were the wrong shape and they never sent me anything to send the glasses back in, despite great customer service at the time. Very disappointed.
My original post said this: I ordered my glasses on the 1st of Jan, so over the holiday period. It was estimated that they not arrive until the 24th (eek!). But I tracked the parcel on the day afte...r said it had been shipped and got them that day (on the 11th). So they were made and delivered 10 days after ordering, over the Xmas/New Years break. Very impressed as it takes a few weeks if you order in store. Note: I am now not happy. It's tricky because I had good experiences with them several years ago.
Terrible customer service regarding returns
I bought 2 pairs of glasses, with mixed results. First pair was fine - didn't fit perfectly but was nice enough looking and cheap that I just ordered a different pair to replace it. The glasses arrived after a few weeks. Fit was ok, but the arms were crooked (frame didn't sit straight) so I tried to return it. I was told by a customer service rep that they'd send me a return shipping label - nothing arrived. A few days later I called again, and after waiting in queue for 30 minutes, I was told the return label hadn't been sent the first time, b...ut will be sent now. Fair enough. An email confirmed that the glasses were received and that a refund would be issued in 5-10 business days. Except it wasn't. After waiting, calling (and getting the call dropped after 30 minutes in queue) and sending both emails and return inquiry forms I've finally received the refund, in form or a store credit (which is not applied automatically, but you'll have to place another order and call/email them for this to be applied). This is incredibly sloppy customer service. As glad as I am to finally have my refund, I am really not keen to give them more money (via store credit). After this whole ordeal, I won't be back.
I am still waiting for my lenses. Estimated to arrive more than three weeks after I ordered them, making "priority shipping" a misnomer.

Appalling Customer Service
I have ordered from these guys a few times as the glasses are so cheap and you dont have to mess around sending in your prescription but I wont order from these guys again - have had issues everytime I've ordered with delivery and customer service.
Really Cheap contacts and glasses
Canadian site pretending to be Aust, contacting customer service is extremely difficult, slow delivery times, misleading coupons on spreets
