Difficult to claim from Health Insurance
Not happy! No receipt is given when you made an online purchase. I had to email to ask for one so that I can claim from my health insurance. Had to wait for 5 working days, meaning that I have to chase it again 5 days later to see if it arrives. Should not be that difficult. Receipt with provider number should be atomatically generated.

Misleading Information and Never Received my Inovice
I am extremely unsatisfied with a recent service received from a clearly online telephone service team.
on 22/08/2021 - I made my order however there is no invoice generated (I need to claim with my health provider). I contacted the 1800 customer service number and informed them I will receive an invoice within 24 hours.
on 23/08/2021 - I checked the invoice again and was told the invoice will be ready after the order shipped out. The order shipped out on 23/08/2021 12:07PM.
on 24/08/2021, I contacted the 1800 number again and being told the...y don't know what is happening, not sure why I don't have my invoice number. I am extremely angry and if i don't have my inovice today, I will take this matter the NSW fair trading and Australian Compeition and Consumer Commission - your business is misleading and this is a terrible experience for me.
What I expected
The contacts are what I ordered and expected. No surprised. Put in prescription information. Only thing I don't like is that you have to order two packs. I have same prescription in both eyes and there are three lenses in a box. I'd like to be able to order ONE box at a time.

Product is amazing -site easy to use only issue is with the invoicing system -i wanted to claim on our health fund and they don’t put the codes for the lenses on without having to contact them happen on both occasions
Love the ease of ordering contacts online
My prescription is automatically stored in my account and it also preloads into the cart if I choose to buy. This means that I have less details to enter and the payment options are great as well.
No one is perfect
Some delay in delivery caused by supply issues but I’m always ordering ahead so minor delays are no problem at all.

Very good second glasses and without the progressive give clear vision 360 around.
God selection in store but not many for my larger size frames required.

Not really sure but they do provide you with a good receipt. Perhaps you can lodge that
When ordering you will see an option to elect to have a tax receipt emailed to you to submit to your health fund, and there's a drop down box listing them all. Even if you don't ask for the receipt you can get it later. I claim mine back from NIB with no problems.
