Electricity and Gas.set up process was excellent. Set up process was easy .Set up process was on timely manner.My power is very reliable. I have never experienced dropouts. I am very happy with the service.
Ive been with click energy for a while..mov3d twice with them.
I was told id get a disconectiin fee of 170 dollars not from them but the company that provides the electricity.
They said they might be able to pay half as im a long term customer...i was put on hold to see what they could do...came back and said we they would pay the whole lot..so yes very happy and will stay with them

Two years set-up process and nine years was the time frame for that.
My power is reliable. Yes, I experienced dropouts one month's ago.

Solar feedback tariff.
I have 8.6 kw of solar panels, & decided to change from an overseas owned supplier to an Australian owned supplier. My power supply is 100%, & refund of the feedback tariff is prompt & courteous.
Connected electricity and gas with click energy. Set up process was done through a third party and there was no issue. The power has been reliable so far. Upon ringing them, the staff was helpful in finding a plan that offers competitive rates.
I need to connect gas for my other house and upon comparing with lumo energy, click energy has the lowest rate.
Found to be not a good company
Was with Click Energy, first time experience. I got a bill late, due to there incompatance, demanding I pay the full amount within 7 days or would be disconnected. I get paid fortnightly, and had received a pay, and went on other bills, as I hadn't received 1 from them. Giving someone 7 days, to me, is unacceptable. Due to this a decided to go to another company. The other company sent an email regarding the transfer, to them and myself. They kept claiming the never received the emails. 3 in total, sent. To the right address. And I even sent 1 ...to Click Energy. They still claimed, they didn't receive. Finally at the last day before transferring, apparently, it was found. Better off to go to another provider. I found Click Energy, incompindant, and unprofessional in there handling. Am now glad to be with another company who actually knows what there doing..
great help and understanding who it was needed
There was issue with my pensioner discount and because of misprint of my DOB I was continually knocked back. A young man called Neil listened and stuck with me until it was all sorted out, which was such a relief.
Good and professional Start Up Service
Recently re-signed with Click Energy after moving into a new apartment. The process was quick and seamless. Even though this was a good service I will be reviewing the costs on a regular basis to ensure my family and I are receiving power at a reasonable cost.
Excellent initial communications
I have signed up with Click Energy through 'On The Move' and a real estate agent. I have not yet moved in but power is on and communication has been clear and helpful so far. I will review again after a few months.

They were great, but customer service is horrible. Really sad.
So previously I was with Click on another premises. Everything was fine, easy 10/10. I then moved places and got my electric and gas switched over - no problem. However there was an issue with my account which prevented me to login. Ok no problem, I'll reset my password. Nothing came in. I called up, they said to wait 10 days, I did. Still nothing. They said that they would forward my issue to the "password reset team".
It's now been over a month, and several email exchanges saying its being looked at and I still can't login. And now they exp...ect me to pay the bill, which I can't see because, guess what - I can't login. Click if you're reading this, please actually help our your customers than just leaving them to dry. The power rates and everything is fine, and I want to give you 5 stars, but it's hard when you're demanding money from me, but I can't actually login to pay. I'll be moving to another company soon.

Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.
Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
