Resigning to new product, again the pricing is cheaper. Service centre easy to Deal with and now really easy to understand products. Click always seem to have customer value and savings at heart.
The service is excellent and reliable
The power and gas services are excellent. I have never had power outage siince i got the service. The customer service team is very helpful and things are really flexible in terms of payment extensions and other services. I would highly recommend this service to my family and friends.
The nose unreliable electricity provider
I submitted my application to get the concession for me as am an eligible customer and I was advised that I would be contacted in 10 days to get the reply. I waited for 3 weeks and still not received any reply from them. When I contacted them back after 3 weeks they ask me to wait for another 10 days as they are checking why I did not get the reply. Unreliable and irresponsible company. Not recommended to anyone.
Completed my problem quickly and efficiently.
My recent unfortunate problem turned out to have been caused by a BANK ERROR. I have enjoyed a happy relationship with Click Energy for about 4 years and now hope for that relationship to continue.
The situation has been resolved, by the bank, but should never have happened.

The team member stayed calm, when i was angry at Energex lazy inefficienct behaviour and did her best to solve my roblem ( ongoing unread meter )
Her trainng was good her helpfulness a breath of fresh air.
I am just worried that due to lack f actual readings, I may be up for large bill and being on pension, it is a worry.

Not providing details in Email regarding the plan.
They are relucted to give plan details by Email. They wanted me to note the plan details on phone and switch to them so that they can provide plan details on email!! not sure but it sounds fishy!
Don't understand how they were awarded best in 2017 when there is no transparency in how they operate !!!

Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.
Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
