Awful, dont choose Clisdells, the managers will bully you.
Totally agree with jt' and KL's reviews about Clisdells. The management is unreliable, aggressive and have bully attitude in the way they have treated me as an owner in a block of units.
I have had an unresolved water leak issue now for well over a year and Clisdells refuse to accept responsibility and their response is extremely rude and aggressive when I talk to them. I have had to fix the leak problem myself and now will be seeking reimbursement.

Ha. I did not think there was a review to rate Clisdells. Maybe this is an outlet to vent all the [censored word removed] you get with this company. We have been with them for years and if not for other members of the corporate not caring or else taking strata fund money to their advantage due to total non-care by Clisdells they would be gone in my books. You ring them up and they are always in answering machines. When there is a dispute or issue, they totally don't care and I have had to point out that strata laws are being broken, what are th...ey going to do about it? Nothing! The strata managers are totally inexperienced and do not care in the world what is happening within the corporate. All they do is set up a little meeting and turn up once a year so they can continue to collect their payment. This company seems set up ages ago as family business. I would be totally appalled to know my family business has such bad rap and performs like this. Would really like to take it further and go to fair trading.
Extremely Unprofessional Service & Support
Agree with jt, you've hit it in one! Didn't want to even rate them one star, but had no choice.
We've had two different managers for our building, both exactly the same-unprofessional, no matter how urgent, they never personally answer the phone and always get the answering machine, to which they may or may not get back to you at all!
I don't know where they've learnt to become strata managers, as a service based career, they are rude, aggressive, unhelpful and disrespectful.

Very disappointing considering how much they expect us to cough up each year on the strata levies. The building manager we have is irresponsible and all she is good at is being aggressive and loud but unhelpful during the building management meetings. We have raised issues about our home leaking for years and it has damaged our carpets but still nothing has been done. The worst however, is the lack of empathy by management to support the owners, the tone they take on seems like any issues raised is always the owner's fault and not something tha...t should be their problem to help resolve. Beware of the costs and lack of service if you ever decide to use them as part of building management! Where to start?
There has been issues with pets in the building. They are allowed to roam common areas and defecate where they choose. This was first raised with the strata manager in Nov 2009. It has not yet been resolved.
A resident in the building has removed a flyscreen and smokes out of the window and disposes of the cigarette butts by flicking them out of the window onto the driveway below. Reported to Strata 17/01/2011, not yet resolved.
A tenant in the block stores a tool box and ladder in his car space providing the means for an...yone of ill intent to access the building. Reported to Strata 17/01/2011, not yet resolved. After some plumbing repairs were completed, the plumber had disposed of rubble and sewage into one of the building's bins. It could not be collected by the garbage truck. It has been reported to strata several times from 07/02/2012. Resolved Nov 2012. Though the initial contractor engaged to remove the bin and associated waste was not informed of the contaminated contents and refused to remove it. These issues were highlighted to the management, along with another couple of minor issues. The response was belligerent and I was accused of defaming the strata manager. The licensee has fallen well short of committing to address the issues and proceeds to argue further.
