They have kept my assets
I tried to send all my crypto from CoinSpot to my Binance wallet, by mistake, I input the incorrect memo. Binance after 3 hours, found the transaction and sent it back to CoinSpot, CoinSpot after a week called me and told me that they couldn't find my transaction, even tho I have provided the address for recovery provided by Binance. The excuse was that, CoinStop uses a third party business to do the transactions and their policy in regards to refunds aren't as good as they though. I always though that CoinSpot was a good company and having the...ir wallet would be safe as they are Australian, and also we pay a hight fees for any transaction. CoinSpot offered me to pay me back as a "courtesy" HALF of my assets. I don't believe someone offers you something if they haven't got it all back, would you trust someone offering you half when they are getting "nothing"? I had not option other than have a 4k loss. very disappointing as CoindSpot will have for sure access to my unrecovered assets. I do not recommend CoinSpot to anyone anymore as they are not safe at all, you don't get what you pay at the end.
5 days now and i can't access my account, I have thousands of dollars tied up in coinspot and it seems they have run off with my money!! i would not trust them. beware!!!
Do not use
Do yourself a favour, make a quick buy order of any coin and then compare the same order with other platforms. You will find that Coinspot market price is higher and the fees are higher. Go somewhere else and save yourself a bundle of cash.
In the image attached you can see my dummy order for 1 BTC. Buying it on Swyftx will save you A WHOPPING $1,203.23
Also they make it super difficult for you to verify your account for withdraws. Other websites allows you to just upload ID. Coinspot they specifically want a photo with handwritten statement....The photo have to be exactly as they describe, irrespective if everything is there. Mine got rejected because they can't see both arms!! The amount of hoops they make you jump through is stupid. Another photos is needed with another handwritten statement just to enable withdrawals. Doesn't matter if the account had been verified with the same process, doesn't matter that the account is protected by 2-factor authentication factor. They just want to make it as difficult as possible to prevent you to make withdraws. DO NOT USE! Instead of having the link available to enable withdraw, they have hidden it. It is not available on FAQ either. Forcing you to go through the chat support and then they will provide the link. I'll save some of you that problem. The process to allow yourself to withdraw what you own is long and tedious. Do yourself a favour DO NOT USE!

Hi guys, there is an issue with transferring BNB coin from Metamask to coinspot BNB wallet.
The "receive" BNB address you provide doesn't register with Metamask. It's not a proper wallet address. I try to copy and paste it into Metamask but I get a " not ETH network." error.
Can you please provide some assistance in helping myself and other's who are experiencing this problem. Thank you kindly.
