Rip people off with cheap packaging that ends up in landfill and they discriminate against the disabled
They sell cheap milk in leaking containers and when I tried to return it by showing the receipt and a picture of the milk bottle that leaked everywhere so I threw it out, the store refused and 'Coles Customer Care' took a week to respond and said cannot help without the barcode.
Who keeps the barcode. I even had the receipt. Good thing this is a breach of Australian Consumer Law by Coles. It's only about $3 to me but the point is Coles can just make bad products and sell millions of bottles knowing most will give up when genuine refund attempts are made.
Shame on you Coles!
After having over 50 points I got a small pan that is 50 points. When I got to the cashier I asked her how much is the pan she tall me I got it for free . Because I didn't have my classes I didn't see that she charge me 25.00 dollars. The next day I return back to the store to get my credit but the manager tall me to call flybys.
Instead of apologizing for their mistake (if it was a mistake ) the manager tall me that I was served by a boy and not a girl because my docket has a boys name I will like to say to her that she is wrong and they must ...

Why is sliced ham from Coles slimy after 1 day?
Will not be purchasing ham from Coles again as this is a continual problem experienced over the past 12 months.
No exchange or refund for loyalty program Goods
Leanne at Charlestown offered no solution neither did coles customer care.
Too big to care if you ask me.
So, I’ll shop at Woolworths moving forward and prefer them and their loyalty program to Coles.
Parmesan cheese meal
Looked good in package but when cooked the 2 pack only had it on 1 piece and the chicken was so thin u could not taste it. All u had was cheese and sauce
Coles brand coconut milk
Coles brand coconut milk Terrible More water than milk very dissatisfied as l use a lot of coconut milk in my cooking
The new line of cotton balls are small and practically useless. The new cotton tip stems bend all over the place and don’t do the job properly. The sad thing is I use to go out of my way to get only the Coles brand, once being brilliant. On top of that they cost alot more.
Coles beldon has just become unstoppable.
Went to Coles Beldon today and was shocked when I got in the store the delivery counter is gone no hot chickens and no one around to ask if any were coming out or cooking.
All the isles were user friendly now it will take people months to work out where everything is so what and why change it?
It was a great Coles now I feel like I don't want to shop there as everything is in a different spot many items they used to stock have disappeared from shelves.
I was so disappointed as I walked around looking for easy to find items that weren't in the ...

You are NOT welcome to ask question from Coles staff -Eden Rise Berwick
I had one of my worse shopping experience at Coles Eden Rise Berwick this morning.
I was there for quick shopping and I asked a one of their staff passing by where the bread crumb would be. The first person said she cannot hear me since I was wearing a mask and did not point me the correct aisle. The second person point the aisle to me.
But neither of them was happy that I asked the question and showed me the angry face.
So, when I was in the support desk counter to pay. I asked are we allow to ask a question from any closes staff. I was surpri...
Coles brand barista soy
I have been enjoying my coffee with this milk for over 12 months until batch 11/11 which is completely different and unpalatable very disappointed
Worms inside Coles pickles
Awful ! Worms found inside the pickles. My mum had a diarrhea for two days. Went to Coles and got a refund of $5. The main issue is health and what large companies selling for us to consume. Haven't heard back from anyone a week now. It seems like health is not a big deal.

The cubed chicken today was just not to standard
I buy 1kg per week to make meals for work for my son. Today's cubed chicken was all gristly.. took me forever to cut out the gristle bits and so much was wasted. Will think twice before buying it again now. Poor quality coles.
Spend nearly $6000 to get 7 piece cookware set.
Is Coles current promotion for real? You get 1 flybuy credit for every $20 you spend. You can then redeem your points for 1 of their MasterChef cookware items after you've earned 40 points. So basically you have to spend $800 to get 1 piece of the cookware set. To get the entire 7 piece set you have to spend over $5,500. Tell me this a joke. You would have to be a fool to fall for this so called 'promotion'.
Shocking products and poor quality
Don’t shop at this supermarket. Their food quality is shocking, fruit and veg is often bruised, rots in the fridge.
Being Sent Flybuys No One Will Correct The Problem
Coles supposedly runs the Flybuys rewards program. Bases on the fact it makes question how well they run their supermarkets. I continue to miss out on hundreds of points because they will not print coupons for the card I use. I have complained to Flybuys and they won't do anything. I have complained to Coles who supposedly runs this program they have done nothing. That's why I shop at Woolies. I can earn rewards and they won't take a week to respond to my emails.

Fresh meat rippoff
Coles fresh meat prices for lamb and beef are a downright rippoff. $26 for 2 beef steaks is ridiculous. Somewhere along the line from farm to shelf we are being ripped off. It is cheaper to buy takeaway now which is a real shame in this country. It's all about profit profit profit, Coles even suck the blood out so it lasts longer on the shelf.
Bit sick of the poor farmers syndrome in this country. $26.00 for .637 grams of steak is ridiculous, if you can't make good money at these prices well I'll go he.
terrible customer service Coles Coolalinga NT
Served by Sheree tonight 16/04/21 and she was so unpleasant to say the least! She hurried along the lady in front of me and didn't speak to her the entire time. Then came my turn, didn't even greet me and had a sour face on the whole time then handed me the receipt to gesture that she was done, no bye either. Not to mention her stink attitude towards 2 of her fellow coworkers who were trying to ask her a question while I was waiting in line. She spoke right Through Me and At Them! Then she barked at the foreigners behind me to hurry up and put ...their items on the conveyor belt even though there really wasn't much point because there wasn't enough room with all of my groceries still taking up much of the space (they were being polite). I've always found the staff at Coles so hands on and friendly but this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Find a new job if you hate yours so much or just hire better people for the store front and keep the grinches out the back...retraining wouldn't go amiss.
I ,every week buy chicken from Coles Lilydale vic
Every time I buy the special chicken breaststfillets, they are off!!every time.even the chicken necks.a rat would not touch them.i bought some more on thec9th,use by date 12th,they were off on the10th when I opened them.these were snap frozen so they couldn't go off.in my fridge. I've reported this store twice on fb,nothings done.i,m sending samples to relevant agencies, its not good enough,u just ignore complaints. Bad chicken is toxic
Tinned Red Salmon
I bought a large can of Coles Red Salmon ..The colour of the salmon was grey, mostly bones and skin and other strange bits I couldn't identity. It was dry and tasteless with the consistency of soggy cardboard... Absolutely disgusting

Don’t they care?
I’ve just come back from Coles and the lady behind the checkout was OBVIOUSLY SICK!
Although she was wearing a mask, every couple of minutes she took it off grabbed a tissue from a minuscule box of tissues and blew her nose then replaced the mask and continued to scan my items. When I got home I gave them all a good wash!
Don’t they care about their customers potentially catching COVID?
We will not buy our meat from coles as we have purchased their rolled roasts and butterflied legs of lamb , only to discover when opened that it is packaged in such a way as to hide all the fat which is up to a third of the weight in most cases .
Purchased only yesterday....with still 12 months before expiry date.
I nearly vomited when I opened it.
Fungal, rotten and smell.

Self-Serve Racial Profiling?
Did some quiet time shopping last Thursday night at local Coles. Nice and quiet as I noticed some other customers as we crossed over the isles. One couple with a kid I had seen were at the self check-out when I was there and there was a security guard lurking around the exist (makes you feel like a criminal-they don’t show this side of the experience in the funky ads on TV!). Anyway this guy security guy looked anxious as I finished up but it was the couple he was after. This family looked innocent enough to me and this security guard was not w...ired up so could he was not taking instructions from above and beyond in camera land (another aspect of shopping missing from the ads), but as soon as they set foot outside the corral, bang he was on right on them with the full search request. The only thing I could see different from the dozens of others who went out before them un-accosted was there race. If this is the riding instructions given to these security guards in terms of whom they target, then shame on you Coles and your hypocrisy. No hard evidence but things that make you go mmmmmm! If it wasn’t so quiet I may not have noticed myself but it’s worth keeping an eye open next time you are there. As Australians we need to stand up to and call out double standards and hypocrisy.
