Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT USE THEM - you will live to regret it.
Terrible service & ever worse customer service. They honestly couldn’t care less - if you want to spend the next few years on hold to an overseas call centre than this is the company for you!
Avoid them at all cost
Please be aware you will spend endless hours on the phone with customer service attempting to get things solved . The pay overseas cheap labour to answer your call and the ydo not have any skills , without a doubt worst customer experience ever

Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with and completely unprofessional. Complete waste of time and money. Save yourself a lot of trouble and use anyone else, If you like talking to a call centre that is trained to crap and lie to you then this is the place for you.

Thank you for your attention to detail! So long as the service is kept national issues are resolved immediately. Dealt with the Townsville office and was super happy with Geri's service. Exceptional!

The Worst Service
Two Mobile service provided by Commander which on many occasions the connection would drop out, when they refused to fix it I cancelled and was charged 0ver 1 thousand Dollars
Worst Company Ever
Every part of Commander is appalling, from the crooked high-pressure salesforce, through the z-grade technical service and hopelessly incompetent billing and accounts department. You would be better off using a tin can and a ball of string than dealing with these hopeless stooges.

Loyal Pensioner customer of 14yrs ripped off over $498 in 3 months - Terrible mobile and customer service
An 80 year old pensioner who has just been a loyal customer of Commander for 14 years was ripped off over $498 who has also just out of hospital for cancer surgery, she lives on a farm on her own where her mobile is her life line walking around the property and also a cheap contact to outside world. NO customer care at all. Commander mobile issue has resulted in Pensioner not having mobile phone service that enables her to have unlimited calls (cheap). Unfortunately the Commander mobile service hasn't worked since 13 July 2020 (their problem...
Read more), so Pensioner now has no safety net since mid July 2020, she contacts commander due to issues including using land line with what appears little to no help or support to rectify the situation. Having no alternative Pensioner starts to use her land line as contact to outside world due to being isolated in which she is charged by Commander (including all he calls to commander) with bills extra $498 in 3 months above her monthly $100 for two landlines and mobile Commander service. Warning: Whilst through no fault of her own, that turns out is a Commander mobile issue Commander advise her it is her mobile phone so she goes out and buys a new mobile phone that eventually cost her collectively over $150 (flip button phone- as does not use internet or technology) this is a lot of money in a pensions world, let alone the inconvenience to drive over 30 kilometres to get phone. So I have Pensioner in tears over bills and mobile phone a number of times in which as next of kin living over 180 kilometres away, I travel up and find out there is nothing wrong with Mobile phone it is Commander mobile issue there end. I then find out that Commander have been charging her for using her land line when it was there error with mobile phone line that they believe was disconnected in July when it was actually ported out to Mate Telecommunication from Commander in end of September 2020 further proof of their inadequacies and phone being with Commander. After finding out the extent of what had happened and that it was totally wrong I made enquiries with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), where I found out I have to contact Commander first, to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. First contact from Commander was there NBN unit, Andre who was magic and very polite and professional and helping me with the account and discussed fully the situation no issues. Unfortunately he puts me through to Rhea in accounts offshore.... here is where the circus and rudeness starts, being offshore service provider had no understanding of how the situation works here in Australia with TIO or duty of care or legal obligations etc, wouldn't put through to Manager nor understood the distance between Sydney or Newcastle and couldn't relate to the situation at all she appeared quite indifferent to the situation. As it still stands, I have not had any satisfactory outcomes and if I do not get contact today, I will have not alternative but to pursue the avenue of TIO to rectify this situation. Being a professional and as you will see from my reviews, I do not like giving poor reviews however how many other Pensioners who don't know technology are these guys ripping off.... I cannot in all fairness recommend this company from the terrible customer experience we have encountered that is really poor form and looking at all of 1 star reviews, I think speak volumes that we are not alone. When will companies and CEO realise that customer service is critical to survive. Had they had good customer service at the start they would not have lost this business nor would they have all these 1 star ratings.... If you are looking for a mobile or NBN service, I have had wonderful experience wth Australian service provider "Mate" (All Australian onshore service and support, keeping money in Australia that understand our culture, location / distance, their legal duty of care and consumer laws) ... they got it and have been brilliant, resulting in us porting my Aunt Mobile phone to Mate to enable her to communicate cheaply will now look to move phone lines and NBN to Mate also away from this nightmare.Hi Raresense,

Use them if you need some stress in your life
When you call them, they ask like 10 questions, some of them are impossible to answer. 8 or 9 answered is not enough, you must answer all of them. This is a joke.

Worst Service by Staff
Internet itself is fine, The staff are useless! Takes an hour to get through to tech support, But if you ring sales your through in seconds to rude staff !!!! Lol Had a child roaring in the back ground when calling them going new nawh neeeee nawhh, another one a animal roaring in the background a hen/chicken. Another staff member (sales)so rude on the phone absaloutely avoid! still waiting to have phone line recconected and nothing! AVOID!

COMMANDER BAD SERVICE
Commander provided bad service
our business have been waiting for so long for nbn installation and it take 3 months still not happening and they forgot to order the item for nbn installation ---communication and the work inside commander office bad
they promise to send product but did not send it at all and no update
please think twice before using commander

Terrible company, didnt show up to first 3 appointments, then told me the next appointment was at least a month away. Trying to run a motel with no internet is Impossible. Forget this company

Useless company
Poor customer service. Poor support. They promised the world but failed to deliver. Patronising customer service. One of the worst companies ever in Australia. It will be impossible to get out of a contract with them too

Absolute Fraud
Please CAUTION, they are trying to rebrand. The worst customer service, absolutely untimely service which turned into ZERO service, yet surprisingly their invoices and billls came on time.
No communication, no resolution of errors and lack of service just hoursand hours wasted on the phone.
I can guarantee anyone that a response from commander will be that they cant find me on their system.
Went elsewhere and they actually provided the advertised service.

The worst experience I have ever had to endure in my life! left on hold for over an hour at a time.
brand new phones delivered and one not working and faulty - they would not send a replacement and kept transferring us to different people who had no idea what the hell they were talking about!!
They now want us to pay a cancellation fee of $2.84!!! after we have lost money within our business due to not being able to take calls for jobs that Commander will not reimburse us for!
Pathetic service and a bunch of what sounds like minions working in one room!
Warning: do not use this company!!!

extremely unhelpful phone call I just had with one of the service rep. She did not make any attempt to even try to provide solution. extremely straight forward and unhelpful response
