From the start everyone we dealt with throughout the build were professional and communication was excellent. The quality of the build can’t be faulted and Deborah at the office kept us updated on a regular basis. Our supervisor Sean was also great and gave us some excellent advice along the way. Pre construction service was excellent, very helpful and caring service with high spec as standard eg Fisher & Paykel appliances, Bosch boiler etc . Great selection of upgrades, some we accepted some declined and no pressure anywhere. Minor error we didn't spot on the plans that came back to bite us during construction. Construction: Very highly organized and no time wasted. The materials were delivered at exactly the required time as needed by the tradies and apart from a weeks delay due to extreme weather the entire build was regimented start...

Our first contact was with Pete Taplin - he went above and beyond for us from the get go, and was always available to help at various points of the build - wasn't just the sales guy! He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide design suggestions to implement which we loved. We had a few issues at the scheduling stage with delays and Pete was happy to chase up for us - nothing was too much for him. We had a great day at pre-start and Bethany made an overwhelming process easy and we felt confident in our choices. The build itself was on time and to a great standard. Even after move in, the small issues we have found along the way have been addressed in a day or two with no problems. Overall are very happy with how it has all turned out.

We decided to build with commodore homes back in November 2018 and our house is finished already! We had an amazing experience building our first home. The inclusions we received were great, the team was so helpful with any questions we had and the service overall was faultless. Would definitely recommend this builder to anyone considering. Being first home owner/ builder we did not know a thing about building. The team at commodore took the time to answer all of our questions, usually within a 24hr period. The team helped us pick the perfect block and house to go with it. The whole experience from start to finish was a hassle free dream.

Introduction to BGC:
From the very start of our home buying experience we knew we where in great hands! Our sales rep the amazing Peter Taplin seemed to overcome every obstacle that got in our way, including meeting us at the Ellenbrook display home at 7pm where we had planned to go over house designs, until the whole power grid shut down. Less we prevailed and managed to find a nearby dining establishment to go over plans instead, awesome improvisation!

We have built several homes in the area. This is the first time we have not put anything on the list after the walk through to be ‘done!’
We had a difficult neighbor to deal with and the construction manager navigated her very well.
We did have issues with our previously perfect fence shifting after a heavy truck went down the drive. Again the construction manager dealt with this issue perfectly and we feel happy with the outcome. Special thanks to Jasmin for her can do attitude!!

Commodore Home were absolutely amazing from first contact to handover. We had a pleasant experience with commodore homes from the start. Very happy with our first home! All enquiries was handles quickly. Cost was as we hoped for and on target.

Starting with the sales process Commodore was easy to deal with and very helpful. Toby was great to deal with. Very happy overall with that part of the process. Improvement areas would be less pushing of using their mortgage broker (who was not better than going direct to my bank) and better clarification around the time required for land titles to be issued and when finance is due (we could have progressed slightly quicker with finance if we had realised the other delays that would occur). We've been happy along this journey. The pre construction process has been smooth thanks to Brendan, who s an extremely prepared professional. The construction was built quickly and BGC offers the best quality houses in Wa. Sean and Jasmin made everything easy for us paying attention to details. Just couple of mistakes during the pre start and to install the flumes in the roof space, then fixed.
Overall BGC offers the best value for quality houses (double bricks) and Commodore provides a good customer service.

I found just a few issue on my house that need a repair but i realy like how bgc build my house ,the supervisor is good and friendly.I cannot give 5 star because got dissappointed on our sales consultant([Name Removed]).He is easy to reach before and during signing up some papers, when i send a messages and call him, he always answering.After the time that he dont need us anymore, he is realy hard to reach already.I called him and send some messages but no answer.Anyway thank you commodores and bgc for building our house.

I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Commodore Homes. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. My house was built in a quick and efficient manner and all workmanship was excellent! I did not have one issue during the whole time my house was being built.
