We have finally moved in to our new Commodore home. We have both thoroughly enjoyed the journey. The build has taken about a year all in from walking into the show home to walking into our completed home.

From the moment we met our sales consultant Pete, who made us feel at home in his display house, to the pick up of our keys everyone from Jasmin to Cassie and Lauren has been polite, friendly and helpful!
Whether it was a simple question or a complicated serious of questions nothing has been too much effort for the staff to answer. Whenever there was a minor issue it was dealt with as quickly as possible. Each individual worked well and overall as a great team. We’re very excited to be moving in to our brand new home with all the little extras we’ve added for many years of family adventures ahead!

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience with Commodore Homes. During our paperwork stage the communication was AWFUL, never contacted or updated. Every time we spoke to someone we had to explain all over again. We were constantly chasing them up and kept receiving incorrect information which then added a massive amount of time onto our build and money too.
It was one of the most stressful and upsetting times during our building process.

Making building enjoyable! Great home designs, affordable house and land packages and exceptional customer service. Big thank you to site supervisor Andrew who made the process easy and his knowledge shone through. Cassie and Jasmin in the office were super speedy, efficient and friendly - couldn't ask for better customer service. The only deduction of stars was with regards to our salesman. Whilst he did deliver on many of the things promised, a few "inclusions" turned out not to be inclusions and we were in fact required to pay for them or argue that this is what had been advised and "promised". All in all I would recommend Commodore Homes as a trusted builder.

First time building, would happily build with commodore again.
From beginning to end the whole process was enjoyable. Wonderful happy helpful staff especially the building supervisor. Any issues if any addressed immediately and with a positive result.
Even post build inspection and repairs, very attentive and prompt to ensure i was happy with the quality of the house.
The only issue i had was with a blow out in the cost of the site works which i did query but a meeting was had resolving any issue promptly with a positive outcome.

From the get go and through out communication was excellent. Any queries/ concerns were promptly addressed. All timelines were met and we even got our keys earlier than anticipated. Having built twice previously with other builders, this was the best experience overall.

The experience throughout was great and everyone we dealt with during the process were very professional and knowledgeable of their product. This is the first home we have built and from the pre-construction stage, our sales rep Dean through to the admin / prestart team were very helpful answering queries we had and assisting with our selections.

I am very pleased with my Commodore Homes house. It was well managed and I was able to call whenever I needed information. My property is built pretty well for the fairly low price it cost, and the things that had issues were (and are being) fixed quickly. From when we built our first home in 1995, the process with Commodore has been so much easier. The pre-start was informative and staff so helpful in getting everything we needed and offering solutions and suggestions. The build process was smooth and quicker than we expected, even with the Christmas break. Now we have our big, beautiful home and we can't wait to move in!

Throughout the entire process we were overall extremely pleased with how smooth it went.

- Our sales rep (Brendon) helped us to understand what can be done with our budget and was very accommodating to our ideas and questions.
- The admin team were personable, did a great job answering our questions and keeping us informed as updates became available. The only issue we had here was some confusion and inconsistency between Commodores accounts department, us and the bank we obtained finance from. This can be very stressful for a first time home...

I can not fault the pre construction phase, my sales rep Brendon and everyone from admin and pre start we’re very helpful and made it a smooth and prompt process. Most of the build was also smooth but not so much promt. I was informed of the progress via the portal which is very useful and my construction administrator Debi was very informative. I did have to contact a few people to rectify issues I had but they were fixed eventually. The final cost ended up being less than the estimated cost so I was stoked about that! Commodore Homes was an awesome choice to build our home with. Our home was built in under 20 weeks which was under the standard build time of 26 weeks. The admin staff were very helpful also and always kept us in the loop with any updates. Only had the one issue with the build with a slight scratch on the window but it was rectified straight away, other than that it all went smoothly. Was kept up to date for the duration of the construction phase and the guidance and support provided during this stage was superb. The online portal was great to check in on how the build was progressing.
During PCI there were small corrections required which our supervisor pointed out, however this was corrected within a week. Satisfied with the overall quality of the build.

We walked into the showhome and we were sold as soon as we walked through the doors.
Tom was great to work with, we had all costs provided to us the day after they were requested.
Our supervisor (Gary) was great, along with Deborah and all other consultants we dealt with along the way. When it came to final inspection, we were quite fussy and had picked out a few defaults but they were all rectified within 2 weeks.
Overall we are very happy with how our new family home has turned out and we are glad we went with Commodore.

From day one commodore homes has been amazing. Our sales rep (rob) has been in contact with us throughout the whole process of building, answers any questions we have. The online portal makes designing and keeping track of what’s happening with the house so easy. When going for a final inspection of the house the contractor noted any concern about the house we had and showed us issues we didn’t even notice, all small and easy to fix issues. Our experience with Commodore Homes was good! Sitting down with the sales representative (Edwin) we had a strict budget and from the few builders we had spoken to Edwin was the ONLY one who followed it no if's or but's. We told him what we wanted, and he gave us multiple options overnight. We signed on before Christmas 2017 and had an awesome package of upgrades through doing so. Our brickwork and plaster was very good but we did encounter a lot of difficulty when we asked the site supervisor if we could remove the built in robe from one of the bedrooms. We were told by the site and building supervisor that it was unable to be removed as it was structural and we would need to re-submit plans to the Council.
