Service good but no follow up from introduced company
I haven’t heard from Red Energy yet. Do they have too many customers already? I’d have thought they would be in contact with me by now, although I have never changed providers before.
So you go to the website, you answer the questions, you get the quotes than you get transferred to the "trusted partner" where you answer more questions, and after you wasted your time you'll be told that based on the details you provided you cannot be insured. And they ask questions that nobody has the answer for on hand and if you give them inaccurate information they will probably refuse your claim (that's not a fact only my speculation) saying that they asked you how many strands of grey hair you have and you didn't count them properly.

I started with car insurance, then house and contents, then gas. I have saved over $2000 a year. What a great service I should have used it a lot earlier.
I used compare the market before and i was satisfied with their services every time .I will use them again if necessary as they are efficient polite and follow up .
Great but silly they can’t say solar total
GreT experience but how silly the estimator can’t calculate solar discounts. It’s obvious nobody knows how long the sun will shine for but it can be calculated ‘based on last bill’
Haelth Insurance - again?
Great service. Thoughtful and thorough. Needs changed and needed a new comparison although I changed not that long ago. This time I felt the advice was more measured and asked better questions. Or maybe I was more prepared? either way it really helped.
Was helpful, and gave decent advice. I was shown my options and reasons for each. So i subsequently chose one of these, they were helpful and help me tailor my quote to my needs. Thankyou

compare gas and electricity prices
Staff were very helpful and helped with working out the best deal for our average usage. Advised me of offers that were not visible on the website. Great job by the consultant.

Lack of transparency and rigour?
First thing first the gentleman who assisted my query is super friendly and very helpful. I cannot believe that he rang me literally few seconds after I submitted my details through the website. He gathered all the backgrounds information and the details about my current private health insurance such as how much I am currently paying and what services that I have been regularly using or had historically used in the past, which I shared openly with him. The only concern that I have is that he just straight away gave me one recommendation, but he...did not give ma any 'options' with any pros and cons. And even after I asked what about 'this provider....' , which he then checked and he found out that that it turned out 'cheaper' then his first recommendation. He still insisted on selling the first recommendation without satisfactorily or transparently explained why I should not take the cheaper option. As I felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, so I agreed to go along with his recommendation. But once I hang up the phone, I left me with a wander if I have made the right decision. And to add a more confusion, about half an hour after that phone I received an 'auto' generated email from my website enquiry recommending 5 'other' providers that are cheaper than his recommendation that I have agreed on. So I am not sure now if I should stick to this decision or to cancel this policy that I have just agreed on.
Good but more contact than needed
I ended up using the CompareTheMarket recommended deal but not before doing my own research as not everyone was included in the comparison. Switched provider but then received calls for 2 days after.
Helpful when new to insurance
Insurance is very confusing but the team were helpful in answering any questions and trying to get the best outcome for you.
Only downside is between each of their colleagues the advice may be variable.
The meerkat had an Irish accent
Not all health funds cover CPAP machines and the consultant was able to quickly find me a provider that offered the best deal available. Saved me from endless rummaging around websites for the information I needed.

Happy with extras only cover
I was pleased that I could purchase extras only as the hospital cover was out of my means right now, but the extras only cover will help me for now
My consultant Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed having a laugh with me. Life is too short to stick to script and being serious all the time. I only signed on the day because I enjoyed our discussion. Otherwise I would have waited until next year.
They offered fast service, the customer service rep was very well versed in the product and it was very efficient. Looking online firstly and then getting a call-back was good, and it was a seamless interaction

The way it should be!
Adam was clear and concise with explanations to questions - knew his stuff regarding improving our cover - very courteous without over the top "sugar"! Some bureaucrat stuffed up carrying out the change - I contacted Adam who fixed it almost immediately - very thankful and pleased.
Had to do most of the work mysel
Advertising suggests that the company will do the work for me. So far I have spent over 3 hours completing the transfer from old to new. I could have done the comparison myself on line
Very helpful ,it was after I hung up have been nonstop harassment of non stop phone calls wanting to change companies I haven’t even had the power changed over you need to stop giving out phone numbers
Why did I wait for so long
The guy on the phone was very patient and explained everything clearly, even were to look on the previous bill for the electric wattage and usage and also gas usage. He got me a better deal with the current provider that I was with. Excellent service.

please could I get a comparison between an Epson EB-S41 SVGA 3LCD Portable Corporate Multimedia Projector and a mini Home Theatre HD Multimedia LCD Projector
Ive been told the mini Home Theatre model has 7000 lumens which I can't believe as the brightness quality is very poor especially for a power point presentation which is the primary reason I purchased this model.
