Sloppy work
The website was nice and easy to use, customer service was good and prompt BUT.... the first time my custom desktop arrived the graphics was dead and also CPU fan was not attached to the heatsink, so I sent back the pc then when it was returned, it was working fine but my second harddrive was not seated correctly nor was it connected so I had to go into the case and reconnect it all. Overall I'm happy with the customer services but very disappointed in the quality of the build. There should also have been some packing on the inside of the case to prevent parts from coming loose and damaging others.

Item sent was not as described.
A DVD/Blu-Ray burner was advertised as USB 3. The item received was USB 2. An employee tried to tell me it was USB 3, but the Manufacturer (LG) confirmed it was USB 2. He made up a fanciful story in an attempt to convince me to keep it. It had a USB 2 cable to the PC and NO USB 3 cable. He tried to get me to accept his tale by saying the USB 2 cable which was supplied was in case the PC it was to be used on, had only USB 2 technology. Utter rubbish ... in fact a deliberate lie!
Another employee then tried to convince me to keep the item,...
Read more saying that the USB 3 item was no better than USB 2 for my useage. I had to get forceful with him to convince him I wanted what was advertised, not what he wanted me to keep. I had to write an assertive email to him to accept that they were wrong and I was right ... so I insisted on a full refund. No apology was forthcoming for the wrong item being sent, or for them wanting to convince me to keep the item.Incredible communication and help
Bought a monitor on eBay that wasn’t compatible with laptop. Incredible communication in explaining input/output ports, plus help through the return process. 90% refund, even paying return postage! Amazing! ThankYou!

Great service! I had an issue with some component on delivery. They responded quickly and organised the return. What's even better is how fast the replacement parts came. These guys must have processed the return immediately and sent out the new items. I will definitely shop with computer alliance again. Thanks heaps guys

Professional and responsive, 10/10 are going to get my business again
I bought a Razer Blade Stealth 2019 from the Ebay store, and unfortunately it was a total lemon. For weeks and weeks I struggled with the Razer support who were uncommunicative, unhelpful and in the end ghosted me for almost 2 weeks. I gave up on a warranty replacement as I figured I'd likely never get the laptop back from that useless team, so I turned to Computer Alliance for a refund.

I purchased separate computer components and turned out the motherboard will not fit into the case. Panic! My fraud of not doing enough research.
Email Computer Alliance to see if I can return the case. And Adam gave me the better suggestion, return the motherboard and order a smaller one. He is corrected, I don't need the big motherboard.
Problem solved. A very very happy customer.

Easy transaction.
Purchased a printer to replace existing one of the same brand that has since been superseded by HP.Item listed as new but shop soiled. Reality was there was absolutely nothing wrong with the item.
