Have had two kid’s school laptops go bang over the past few months, and being pretty well sick of the same old garbage available locally, decided to try these folks online.

For purchase number one, had researched online reviews to death, and decided on a particular model of Asus. They had it, well priced. Ordered, got it next day. Wowwww. Impressive despatch times! All in all a fine experience and would consider them again.

Just around Christmas I needed some IT products. Unfortunately, one of Computer Alliance competitors (Mwave, that also has good reviews and competitive prices), didn't deliver an item I paid for, despite checking availability in advance with them.
While waiting for the refund from Mwave (very slow, through PayPal) I checked with Computer Alliance.
Not only the item was cheaper but they replied (on Saturday) in real time assuring about having plenty of them.

I ordered a case and a hard drive. Instead of packaging it into 1 item (or put the hard drive inside the case box) it was sent as x2 parcels. The case I got the next day, which was great. The hard drive? Even though it was picked up from the same location to be delivered to the same destination, wandered off somewhere and didn't get delivered for another few days, which delayed me building the computer. I know it's not their doing but please keep this in mind for the future and just bundle it up into 1 parcel if possible.

One of my orders were delayed by a whole week due to it running out of stock, customer service replied to my query and informed me of the situation instead of turning a blind eye towards a seemingly simple question. Thank you computer alliance, your help is greatly appreciated.

only slight hang up was it was a bit of a pain to scroll through all the products of each catagory to find the right one in the system builder without the search function. if there was a way to sort by specific manufacturer in the drop down list it would help greatly. still a fantastic tool though

working from home means a lot of online meetings, i ordered Wacom Intuos Medium Bluetooth Black PN CTL-6100WL/K0-C which is very helpful especially when sharing power points , as it allows you to write and draw on slides (much more flexibility than a mouse) to help explain what is going on. My grandson loves it too as he likes to draw .

Easy to navigate store. Great range of product and all good quality. The store had the product we needed and it was easy to find. It was in the reputable brand that we were chasing. Delivery very slow - Aust Post is pathetic.

I bought a new laptop via eBay from Computer Alliance. Easy transaction and super quick postage. I emailed the store a couple of times with some questions and received helpful and quick responses! highly recommend their products and service!

This store has a very wide range of items.
Easy to navigate and find stuff.
Good dispatch advice and delivery.
However not overawed at the item (small monitor) being sent in all its original
off the shelf box, and covered in the usual product pics and specs, without being put into a plain bag.

The SSD was well priced and delivered in good time. After formating, it has performed well.
The only downside was it came without any cabling, which added a cost I had not anticipated.

Purchasing the ASUS computer from Computer Alliance was a good experience. Chasing up the promotional offer from ASUS was slow. The ASUS website and communications could be better. We received the promotion code a week or so after the expiry date, but all worked out in the end.

Ordered a Logitech g pro mouse few weeks ago came in 4 days even though they had to get it on a freighter + transport.

The products I bought were good, but i can't comment on how fast postage was because it took about 6 weeks before the product I was after was in stock again, but that is not the fault of the store. They did give me the option of not waiting but I chose to wait. I was able to log on and check that things were still moving along. I would use this store again.

I do not normally purchase high priced items on line but Computer Alliance has been at Mt Gravatt for many years. The item was competitively priced and arrived very quickly by my local Aust Post contractor. The product has met expectations in the first few weeks of use. Computer parts sellers seem to come and go so its good to see some consistency

For the price this monitor is quite good. There is no HDR although I personally don't think it's a necessity. The one downside is the fact that there is no height adjustment, and the standing height is quite low, although it is wall mountable.
Computer Alliance themselves were extremely helpful and friendly. At first I was originally meant to get another monitor as an ex-display and it had ended up in some weird limbo status for 3 weeks at which point I had to question the status of, to find out they couldn't figure a way to safely ship it without its original packaging. They were nice enough to offer this newer one with about the same specs for the same price.

Service was very quick. The unit I purchased to replace my 4 year old mid range HP is significantly slower. I didn't purchase the most expensive laptop available but would've thought it would be at least equal in speed. Battery does not last long with constant use, needs a recharge in just over 2 hours.
