Wouldn't accept return of brand new router pack that didn't work
Bought 2 pack of ASUS RT-AC67Us. Were woefully flaky and kept dropping out. AX92U right next to them stayed up.

Not ordering from here again - poor customer service.
I ordered the wrong headset - my mistake, but a pretty normal one given the headset I wanted was only a few letters different, the same price, and looked the same. I told Computer Alliance immediately when I received it. They then told me that they wouldn't exchange it, and not only that, they wouldn't offer a full refund because I had opened the box. As I told them, and showed them in pictures, the only damage to the box was as a result of THEIR shipping. After I sent the photo proof, they didn't reply to my e...
Restocking Fee advertised on Website but not Instore or on Invoice
I was sold the incorrect item and the sales guy opened the packaging to check content before I walked out the door I didnt' realise this until I got home went back the following weekend and was charged a $40 restrocking fee on a $400 item I would never shop at this store again very poor customer experience save yourself the hassle shop at MSY or Umart.
Cheating and Lier
I bought a Dell USB C D6000 docking station. The item comes with a USB C cable with USB C to USB A adapter. The specification claims this item supports three 4k monitors simultaneously. Actually, it only suppors two monitors when use USB A. No where say two monitors only when use USB C to A adapter, even in DELL official website. I returned the item next day and the guy promised to give full refund. However, I found they lied when I checked my bank account a few days late.

Item sent was not as described.
A DVD/Blu-Ray burner was advertised as USB 3. The item received was USB 2. An employee tried to tell me it was USB 3, but the Manufacturer (LG) confirmed it was USB 2. He made up a fanciful story in an attempt to convince me to keep it. It had a USB 2 cable to the PC and NO USB 3 cable. He tried to get me to accept his tale by saying the USB 2 cable which was supplied was in case the PC it was to be used on, had only USB 2 technology. Utter rubbish ... in fact a deliberate lie!
Another employee then tried to convince me to keep the item,...saying that the USB 3 item was no better than USB 2 for my useage. I had to get forceful with him to convince him I wanted what was advertised, not what he wanted me to keep. I had to write an assertive email to him to accept that they were wrong and I was right ... so I insisted on a full refund. No apology was forthcoming for the wrong item being sent, or for them wanting to convince me to keep the item.
Sold me item that won’t work on my home setup (I’m running 32bit and it only works on 64bit. They said very few people use 32bit now) and then charged “restocking fee” upon return despite this not being listed as return condition on invoice and return sales person agreeing I was sold the wrong thing. Would never recommend as too suspicious now what other things they are doing/charging for behind backs. Sales staff were friendly and honest but can’t say much for management.
Questions & Answers
Hey, I was wondering what the average time it would take a package to ship to Melbourne, or if there was a way to see estimated time. Ty
We try to ship on the same or next business day from when you order by Parcelpost (to a residential address), or Startrack (to a commercial address). Commercial deliveries to Melbourne addresses are taking 2 to 5 days.
If we're sending to a residential address, then we're finding that stuff is quite fast to get to the local distribution centre (so it doesn't seem to matter much where its coming from) but is taking a long time between the local distribution centre and the final address. Australia post is still slow from the lockdown... It will take at least a week, probably 10 days and maybe more. Things are now improving since lockdown has ended.
