One star because the router works
Website text is not user friendly or easy to read. Also my router I bought, I could not see if it was suitable for FTTN connections. It isn't. So I had to use an old modem with it. I wouldn't have bought this model of I had known. So product description not clear, and not easy to find what I wanted either, for the purpose I needed it for. Now I'm stuck with this product. Customer service not great either, staff unhelpful.

Poor customer service - Blaming on internal system issues - refused to rectify simple order
Ordered items via Amazon Computer alliance. Found cheaper item on their eBay front.
Cancelled order via Amazon. Next day [Name Removed] cancels eBay order that had the discount.
Called and he refused to fix as he said they cant see where it came from in their system. "Too bad, you asked to cancel". Called reception raise complaint and asked to escalate. Turns out [Name Removed]was their highest manager. Just the attitude shown here lost my business.

Very bad customer experience after payment
I could get a Thinkpad laptop for a good competitive price, but the additional 3 battery warranty was overcharged.
However, my warranty information was incorrect(laptop) and missing(battery) in Lenovo's system.
After many contacts (email and phone) the team did not come back to me despite promising they will look into it (Emails to [Name Removed], Phone to [Name Removed] and [Name Removed]).
Very bad experience, never buy here again.
Mixed bag. some great staff and some total arrogant fools
Was told by the manager the fact I was disabled was irrelevant. despite all my business being through the national disability insurance scheme. very very rude and uncaring. all about the dollar these cowboys. there are cheaper and better run shops in Brisbane. sales manager a know it all that overstepped the mark. general manager I'm still pondering.
Product/price OK but no wrapping
The products/pricing & delivery R good/fast; but if I knew they'd just slap a label on the naked box I wouldn't buy from here. I don't need my postie making fun :)
My husband called ahead and ordered the 2 items we needed. He told them who will collect them and when I would be there to collect them.
Upon arrival the order was not picked or ready to go. I was told to wait in the back of the store for approximately 10 minutes for them to call me over.
When I was called over to the counter, the product we ordered could not be found. The only product they had was an opened product (used). No offer of a discount was offered. I asked what the price would be, the lady responded the full price. I asked for a ...discount. She said she did not have the authority to apply a discount for a used/opened product. I was again told to wait in the back of the store. I waited for 15 minutes while she served other customers. Finally the person who can apply a discount happened to walk into the customer service area. She asked and a discount was applied. I am happy with the products.
This store is a black-hearted store. The sales prima facie looked very enthusiastic to customers. The thing is they earn you money with extra profit and an extremely bad attitude after you pay a deposit. As my experience, after I pay 300 deposit for my computer build-up, I am totally lost and ripped off. Josh and Britt as two very bad salespeople did that making me paying an extra 270 dollars extra with a very very very bad attitude. My total building up cost is 4200, which should be 270 less. I will NEVER come to this rubbish store in future
Great product, BAD online customer service
Recently bought a computer a couple of days ago, which is awesome. However, had to call twice in regards to my order.
The first time I called, I was speaking to a guy going by Chris’, very rude, no form of greetings, so brushed it off thinking, he had a bad day. Had answered all my questions but only by me forcing him, as he tried to end the call quickly.
The second was the worst, I didn’t catch his name because I was taken completely back from how he was talking to me, beyond rude, condescending...talking down/slowing his words as if talkin...g to young child. I felt like I did something bad for calling about a really simple enquiry. I am generally am, a nice guy and worked in customer service almost half my life and still do. Someone has to train these guys how to talk and speak in a civil manner...maybe give them tutorial lessons and activity to meet this. I have seen 16 year olds with better customer service.
Delay after delay...
Before I placed the order I was told it would be sent out within 5 days. 3 minutes later after I completed the purchase, the email confirmation said 2 weeks. I asked about it and was told that they're behind because of COVID19 and the guy on the phone made a mistake. Fair enough. People make mistakes and I can be patient and wait. They did offer me a free item after I ordered, lets see if they actually remember to put it in there.
Now here it is, 2 weeks later and it's still not ready. Going to be at least a few more days. And at least ...a week and a half for shipping.... Australia Post delivers things quicker. They take a week *maximum* but usually 3 or 4 days (and yes, that is during the pandemic. I've ordered quite a few things and they all arrived pretty quickly). This courier is going to take 50% more time *minimum* than AusPost's maximum time for delivery?? That's pathetic. Having said that, I ordered something from them a week before and it came quickly (though I did pay extra for express shipping and it came via AusPost, not whatever courier they use.) But the part I ordered is useless without a computer to put it in. And there was no option for express delivery this time. $75 for shipping should already *be* express, but whatever. Then, to top it all off, they send me an email with a link to this site and ask me for a review. Funny. Maybe send an email telling me my order has been delayed instead of one asking for a review for something I won't even get for *another* two weeks.

Courier let down otherwise fast service
I ordered a curved 34" monitor on Wednesday and the item left the warehouse on Friday - that's nice and fast and excellent. I was excited because I needed it and I was going to get it promptly.
The monitor got to Melbourne over the weekend and it was at the couriers on Monday morning. It sat there Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I was getting quite annoyed as it was now late ...
I emailed them on Thursday and they emailed me back to say they would ask the courier.
Friday came and I had just about given up hope and was about to cancel t...he order as ask for my money back. At 5:15 pm on Friday, the courier delivered it. No phone call, no sorry we took so long, nothing. Just a standard email saying the courier had advised them the item was now delivered.

Sent product only less than 1/2 the cable
Sent power supply rm1000i with only half the modular cable, fail to mention anything on the posting, because of this one if my 1TB ssd fried, asking for review after purchase but when I complaint they just ignore it. Stay away or just hope all your purchase are OK, since basically there is no support after you purchase anything from them.

Monitor via redemption? the whole process is actually ridiculous, how do you review a product before you receive it. So Ive paid up, no monitor, Ive done the review and selected the monitor. Youd expect an email advising your monitor is on the way? Nope, a text? Nope, someone in the store helps? Nope, they dont even have a contact. Dont buy online from these guys, they dont even have contact relationships with their own suppliers.

Good product, but can be improved.
I won't deny that I am writing a review for gaining a free monitor (G27C4) from MSI as part of their promotion. With that in mind, the monitor and associated peripherals makes the purchase of this computer much more justifiable. But still, the matter of expansion is definitely a sour topic to discuss.
Anyway, I bought the i5 9400f model with GTX1650. In this generation of product lineups, CPUs and GPUs should be more than capable of handling 1080p and 2k gaming now. Naturally, hooking it up to my 4k Samsung smart TV at 60hz refresh rate...while running the Furmark benchmark yielded a disappointing 11 fps. However, with a lower resolution I should be fine. The I/O was stupid and confusing. I don't know Why there are 4 HDMI ports. I am aware that this computer is 'VR ready' but... not really. However, I really don't get why there are 4 HDMI ports!!! The 9400f is a CPU stripped of integrated graphics, but even then, there shouldn't need to be another 2 besides the one on the GPU. I still marvel at the ignorance of many consumers when they brag about the audio on their computers and I despise companies for being misleading or phrasing their advertising in stupid ways. For example, "a special hardware amplifier called 'Audio Boost'"-MSI's website. Ok... there's either an amplifier, or there is none. An amplifier IS a piece of hardware. There is no 'software' amplifier. Period. I know this because I am a DJ and music producer. Talking about audio I have some criticisms. Using my HD25's I checked the audio port on the front I/O. There was noise (buzzing, static)... I get it. I've built computers before and I know that the I/O are linked to the mobo through a cheap cable. I confirmed my suspicions when I used connected directly to the motherboard's amplifier from the back I/O. But this is ridiculous. You can't brag about your audio and allow customers to experience a letdown due to most likely cheap wiring! Furthermore, it's unacceptable to be excused simply because it wasn't a direct connection to the mother board's line out. The front I/O is where you reasonably expect people to plug their headphones in! But regardless, I know that the direct connection is quiet, so the DAC and amp shouldn't be too trashy. The RAM is SODIMM, unconventional but perhaps expected on an ITX computer? I don't know the CPU cooler but it's probably the stock cooler from Intel. It works.
Poor customer service
Lets be clear, this is a stockist, they are middle men for IT products, as such they need to have the highest regard for customer service.I was not satisfied with their service, and found their staff to be arrogant and rude. I wont be returning to this stockist, many other businesses with better people skills and desire to help. Very disappointed, did not feel like a valued customer. Also, the information that they scrape from customers serves their and third party promotion; be wary to understand what information you provide and how they will use and or sell to other users. Great range of quality products, but they are a stockist, a service provider and not a manufacturer.

If I were to buy a motherboard to pick up, how would I ask them to do a BIOS software update? Do I call them after I make the purchase or is there an option on the website?
Ring through to Sales and order the mainboard for pickup, they will organize the BIOS update for you and call when completed

Hi, No it doesn't require a BIOS update, you will see on the box that it has Ryzen 3000 Ready on it.
