This is good quality, basic construction sturdy for upto 250lbs. Don't believe the horror stories about assembly. If you have put together a bike, crib, or other "some assembly required" this is a breeze. The resistance is leveling is fine for average personal workouts. First couple of pulls may fool you ... Multiple 25 minute sets and you will get your resistance and a great workout. If you crew ... Don't review this go buy a $2000 professional model. If you want a good basic low impact workout for $200 and a product that is sturdy this is for you. Oh, the computer is basic rep counts, timer, clock. If you want heart rate monitor, calculate BMI , and espresso maker spend $900 extra.

It is a typical 4' rail and is fine for 6'+, it is the length of your legs seated that is measured from the stirrups to the end of the rail is almost 5'that means if your feet to your hips is 5' you need to be playing in the NBA. Your reach is in your leaning back position pull. It isn't pro but gives a great workout. Sturdy for 1/2 the cost or less
