Very poor customer service
Recently built a new house in Brisbane and the package included Solar Hot Water. The solar hot water system is less than 6 months old and has only been in use for 3 months, as the house was still under construction. An electrician was called as there was no hot water for tenants and it was found to have a faulty hot water element. As a non supplier approved technician fixed the problem the supplier is refusing to reimburse me for the cost of repairing their faulty product. In their warranty it states that they must attend to fix any faults and ...they have 24 hours to attend. I contacted them to explain the situation around the need to get it fixed urgently, but they have flat out refused my warranty claim. I did not even get an apology or an intent to investigate further, considering it was a brand new system. I have tried contacting their national sales manager as per their suggestion if I was not happy with the outcome. This person hasn't even had the decency to reply to either my phone messages or email. Hot water elements should last for several years at least and that combined with them having no interest in helping their customers leads me to write this review and warn other consumers. I would not in anyway recommend this product.
