Excellent microwave with some significant caveats
- Cooks fast and evenly
- Not loud
- Good ventilation; internal cavity dry after 15 minutes steaming vegetables
- Controls are easy to use; rotary dial can quickly dial in any time between 0 to 95 minutes in less than 2 seconds
- Good visibility inside cavity while cooking
- Nice styling; looks better at home than in photos or store lighting
- 24 hour clock with good legibility
Cons:...- Radiation level a bit disappointing; peaks of 6 microwatts/cm2 at 4 meters according to a Tenmars TM-190. I must leave the kitchen while cooking, which I didn't have to do with previous micro - Clock gains 40 seconds per week; must reset clock every 3-4 weeks. Another reviewer also reports the clock does not keep time, so I don't believe this is a fault - Electronics beneath front panel have a slight audible buzz in standby - Possible quality control issues; first unit's rotary dial was rubbing against fascia and chassis made a super annoying rattling noise when closing the door Other: - As there is no numeric pad, you cannot dial in a time to a precision of 1 second. Instead, the options you have are: 0-1min in 5sec intervals; 1-5min in 10s intervals; 5-10m in 30s; 10-30min in 1min; 30-95min in 5min. I do not consider this a con as I cannot think of a practical scenario where this would be insufficient. Also the fact that the rotary knob allows you to select a time faster than with a numeric pad makes it superior in my view
Purchased in March 2020 at Big W for $99.00.
Not bad for the price
We bought our microwave at big W just over one year ago. It is easy to use and looks good in our kitchen. My only complaint is that the light blew at 6 months old. Still works great just doesnt have a light in it. Still a good product and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.
this microwave is a cheap one and it shows, i wouldnt buy it or this brand again, it does do the job but not like a good brand one, you need to sort of slam the door shut which is noisy you can hear the machine working which is annoying
OK but not amazing
Microwave is good cooks well and stuff like that my only problem with it is the fact that you can not manually punch in a time to cook the food it just goes in thirty second increments which is a little frustrating when you don’t want to have to do so.

Cheap but reliable
Bought this microwave 3.5 years ago for under $50 at Big W. It is an 18L. Small glass plate but it has suited our needs well so far.
I havent been able to work out any of the defrost/cooking settings so i just press the 30 second increments button to set the cooking times. Eg. 4 presses of the 30 second button for 2 minutes. I also use this method for defrosting too.
I use this microwave at least once per day for heating wheat bags am i satisfied with the time it takes and heating results.
Good thing about this microwave is that you can see your food/heat bag through the front window, which some new fancy microwaves do not offer.
