Don't honour warranty
Have owned our uppa baby vista for 16 months, big crack appeared in the seat and they refused to honour the warranty. Saying it must've been done by baggage handlers when we have only flown once and was 6 months ago. Pretty disappointing considering the $1900 outlay and the recent purchase of seat no2 for our second boy due in a week
Had a bad experience with the customer service team well mostly a guy named David. He is so un helpful and then just closes the ticket when he isn't happy and nothing is even solved. Very bad service.
I bought a Cruz pram worth $1090 which had a faulty latch from the first day. After so many emails and follow up David the manager referred me to their website to purchase a $10 latch and install it myself saying it is not covered by warranty.

Exceptionally bad customer service
I wrote to them on 14th of Feb with an enquiry about whether a stroller I bought Coolkidz online was set up properly, I provided pictures. They wrote back immediately and asked for more pictures. No response until I had to chase them up 2 days later.
