I have been given the complete run around by both Cotton On and Couriers Please with regard to my order W00024165488 (consignment number CPB1OUZ1484641). What was a simple query has now turned into a complete debacle.
I first tried to contact Couriers please, noting that the parcel was somehow going to Sydney, when it was supposed to be going to Essendon Victoria. I tried to call and of course there was no actual person, but a recording message to press number prompts only to go through to another recording telling me what I already knew abo...
Read moreut the tracking, then I was hung up on. I tried a couple more times with Couriers Please to try and find out what was happening because no one had told me anything. As far as I could tell it was still heading up to Sydney, which was completely wrong. So then I tried contacting the Cotton On ordering team in the hopes that they might actually help from their side - they didn't bother reading my email either and just regurgitated back to me exactly the same tracking information that I already had. No one had bothered to look into the matter properly for me. Now, I'm being told that it will take another 2 weeks before I can even get my ëxpress" item because I want the item re-delivered to another address??- Incentivised Review No
The dress we purchased had a defective strap. It snapped as soon as my daughter went to take off the dress, her first time putting it on. She’s 5’4” and 105lbs and this dress size is a small so it’s definitely not from her stretching the material too far out. The thin spaghetti type strap snapped open.

I ordered a top online and I Never got a shipping number or tracking number, and 4 weeks later I never received the top. so I went to the store to collect it. wasn't there. They had lost my order and when I went to solve it the customer service over the phone was slow and couldn't understand English so took even longer. Really poor

I purchased 3 items online. 7 days later I realised the money had come out of my account but I never received a confirmation of purchase email nor any email to say my order was on its way. Turns out 1 of the items I ordered was no longer available so they cancelled the whole order, didn’t notify me it was cancelled and never bothered to refund me. It was only $60 but an email of the cancelled order would have been nice so I could have at least chased up the refund myself sooner. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I find the website is easy to navigate, the shipping fast. HOWEVER when you return something it's at least month wait and counting. It's been 5 weeks and apparently they are too understaffed to process refunds. It says a lot about a company that they have so many returns they can't process them. Perhaps concentrate on better products/ better descriptions and then less returns? I won't buy online again.

I decided to get some leggings from there and I am usually a small-extra small when buying leggings. I decided to but two pairs of leggings one in small one in medium I tried on the small and it was tiny and super uncomfortable which was weird seeing as I am usually that size I then tried on the medium and they were long but comfortable. The small also started to break which wasn't good.

Brought online the new utility denim overalls,received them yesterday I took tags off and when I put on, one side button was broken I rang customer service took forever to answer then refused to refund me so disappointed as they were not cheap to buy

I ordered t-shirts for my children over a month ago via their click and collect. I was told 3 weeks ago they were dispatched to the store and to wait for an email to say it’s ready for collection.. still waiting and I am no longer getting replies from their customer service team. Won’t be buying through them again.

I've placed click and collect order online. Confirm email showed EST delivery 4 days but been waiting for 3 weeks still haven't get any email (notification) or sms updated. Lack of customers service, worse shopping experience for first impression never order again.

Shocking customer service. Placed an order 3 weeks later, after contacting them twice finally got a response that my order has been cancelled but didn't refund me nor contact me to let me know.

I’m a fitness instructor and have bought many of your leggings over the years at a fantastic price and good quality products. I still have leggings pre COVID that I had purchased 3 years prior. Actually, one time I went across to compare with Lorna Jane at Eastland Ringwood and was told by the sales assistant that their product was superior, hence why they charged more. In their infinite "Wisdom" to save the world, the hypocrites use pleather. The process itself is highly toxic to the ozone, but also smells like the contents of the rubbish bags used. I had to air my new jacket out for days and ended up needing to rub baking soda on it. Read morei students crying when leather is still readily available as a by product of the meat industry and is still more sustainable than plastic leather. Yes, using leather means less wastage and less toxic emissions, for the idiots at head office who's stupidity is genuinely offensive. Cows die for meat everyday, just use their skin too so their carcases don't go to waste and people aren't forced to wear something that smells like a dead fish just because y'all lie and say fake leather is good. Maybe just don't sell fake leather products at all. That would be more sustainable than sending toxic gases up into the earth's atmosphere and pouring acid rain down on to your sweat shop employees. Because then there's the scary cheap stuff that claims to be sustainable and ethical but should cost more than $4 to make let alone sell, so ethical workplaces and employees are also a lie. Cotton is a waste of water so sustainable cotton is also out, use hemp instead. The biggest joke is though that no one cares or bothers to notice despite shopping here because "They help people and are environmentally friendly" and actually think in buying the totes or water or whatever other "Charity items", they're doing something good. The packaging alone is a testament to what a crap company this is. Don't kid yourselves into thinking you're a better person for shopping at a place that uses slave labour and don't know the meaning of sustainable. You may as well shop at kmart, at least their fake leather doesn't smell disgusting when its meant to be brand new. I had been using CottonOn for years now and enjoyed there wide range for affordable prices but the last couple of orders I've been disappointed.
Clothing has had holes along with a tear and most clothing looking unfinished as there's string hanging off in most sections.

So I got my parcel today and I'd ordered two pairs of the grey seem free brasiliano undies and what I received was one pair of them and a g string. Not sure how they even made that mistake but I'm very disappointed and I've double checked my order summery and it says exactly what I did place in my order yet I didn't receive what I had ordered. Very bummed and don't know if I'll be buying undies from here again sadly.

Still haven't received the tracking number after purchase it and been almost 3 weeks now , very disappointed!!!!!!
Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
