Lies and Deception
We went into the store for Black Friday sale. Every rack had a sign on top saying 30% off store-wide! Signs hanging from the roof, stuck on walls, etc..
We chose some items, tried them on and proceeded to register to purchase, where we were informed that the "30% off was for members only"! NO WHERE on any of the tickets, signs, labels or anywhere, did it say you had to be a member to get the discount. So, we had to give them all our details to get the discount. Terrible quality products
I bought 2 pants from cotton on online shop. The pants start to unravel after 2 months of use. Paid 39.95 for each.
I have ordered three times in past few months both baby clothes and 6 year olds clothes. Navigating online store was easy, decent selection, slightly higher prices but it meets the quality of products and delivery was fast, inside a working week within Sydney metro during lockdown. Only complaint would be bad quality Goonies Boys Shirt, seems to be original merch, but the cotton pattern has twisted in the torso section, in comparison with Spiderman Black glow in the dark shirt which is superb quality.
Terrible returns service
Cotton on has closed off their phone lines and referred to online help for assistance. The live chat is absolutely hopeless and I am constantly repeating myself, transferred to multiple online consultants with chats then getting hung up on. The online chat system is useless and you don’t get any help.
6 weeks since my return item has been delivered back to Cotton On and no responses! Will never purchase again.
Worst returns process!
Order returned two+ months ago, still not processed and no idea when this will be processed. Online experience shouldn't be based on "possibilities", "high chances", and "hoping" to get the returns processed and these are the answers I get from Cotton On.
Been ordering my product since Sep I haven’t received the product at all it been over 3-4 weeks and filing a dispute against them hasn’t helped at all none of customer service will bother helping my enquire whereabouts my parcel has been and it Unfair it over like $153 and conversation is been copy and paste worth of stuff and making excuse… and the false tracking code with courier please with someone else old register code not mine! It make me mad that I have never had any trouble and experience from them before it disappoint me so much, and concern if the parcel are accurate and correct.I have no patience to provide my answers from them without no support and dispute from them at all!

Took very long time to deliver
I place order last two weeks not even process. I just imagine when will it come. This will be my first and last experience purchase online with cotton on.
No return option for faulty products for customers that live 2 hours away to closet store.
I bought a piar of Cotton On light green demium mens casual shorts last Sunday (Oct long we) from Cotton On, Maroochydoore. I washed them the very next day with only 3 other new articles of clothing. It appears the washing liquid has reacted and taken the colour out of the front of the shorts in large sections making them appear now more than faulty. Never been more.
I emailled the head office asking what could be done. After numerous emails Cotton On simply refuse to offer any returns or exchanges for country clients. I don't go to Maroochydo...ore just to shop and was there for the holiday. I live in Murgon a 2 hr drive. Cotton On simply have not offered to do a thing and didn't even ask me to post the shorts back to inspect insisting I drive 2 hrs each way. I purchased at least $500 from Cotton On this year from Emerald and Maroochydoore. Cotton On were simply not interested in assisting me what so ever. This is a disgraceful returns policy for country customers with no options available. Brand new shorts, never worn cost $50 and Cotton On have simply profited with no due care about keeping a regular customer. Very disturbing actions by Cotton On.

Delivery drop down box is set to 'express' - which is only $2. Most customers, will say 'why not'. DON'T. Cotton on use Couriers please and they will not deliver your product. I have been waiting since the 12th of August for a delivery. IT's now the 17th of September. I have contacted Cotton On several times to figure out what was happening. The last time I contacted them, I asked for a refund, they said they can't give it because the package is ...
Great products but very wasteful
Cotton On products have a great range of style and sizes that are affordable and appealing. I’m petite and their smaller sizes and range are a great fit.
Due to lockdown, I recently made a large purchase through the online store. When I received them, the products themselves looked great, but I was disappointed by the amount of waste. Each item came individually packaged with a plastic bag and each underwear it’s own plastic hanger. Ok, a few of the plastic bags are made from 90% recycled plastic, which is something, but I don’t see the neces...sity. Additionally, soft plastics can only be recycled if it is taken to the appropriate REDcycle bins. I can’t imagine a lot of people would be bothered or live close to these bins. The company’s attempt of trying to be environmentally conscious is counterintuitive when they are contributing to more waste with the plastic hangers, which are not recyclable, and again, not necessary. This is really concerning to me, because I can’t imagine how much waste each retail store is creating when the clothing is shipped like this to them from the manufacturers and warehouses. I would have preferred it if they just packaged all my items as is in the cardboard box that they came in anyway. Cotton On has a long way to go in reducing their environmental impact.

Everytime I go into a shopping centre without fail I walk into a Cotton On store. I like the variety of clothing they have & always seem to find something I like.
Unfortunately with the current state of the world, you just can't walk into a retail store anymore & now online shopping is the new norm so I decided to check out Cotton On online.
And I truly did not expect that i'd be spending close to an hour goin' thru their wide selection of clothing & buying numerous items as I was lucky enough to visit the site during a big sale. Their online...

It was so easy to navigate the website and the subheading under topics made it easy to find products. The product quality is amazing and would definitely buy from here in the future
Cotton on is a staple
Cotton on is an easy-to-navigate website, with an easy menu in order to find everything one could need. There range is great, due to being able to access a number of the cotton on brands from one website. The quality of the products is great. It is exactly what you would expect for the price and all products look exactly like the picture
Pretty good for the price
Always friendly when I walk in. The products are good for the price and I always find a couple of good items when I go into store. The curve range is good, I just wish there was more of it!
Worst experience ever
First, The packaging was damaged as it was already cut opened.
They charge extra for express post but the delivery arrived after 10 days.

Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?
