Not worth the purchase
Bought a black, brown and khaki Comfort Knit Mid Length Bike Short worn a few times unfortunately to find ALL my tights knit fall apart literally at the seams comfy but what a shame, would not recommend the money nor the quality. Threw them out cause the store could and would not give me a refund.
Lies and Deception
We went into the store for Black Friday sale. Every rack had a sign on top saying 30% off store-wide! Signs hanging from the roof, stuck on walls, etc..
We chose some items, tried them on and proceeded to register to purchase, where we were informed that the "30% off was for members only"! NO WHERE on any of the tickets, signs, labels or anywhere, did it say you had to be a member to get the discount. So, we had to give them all our details to get the discount. I asked if we would get bombarded with junk mail from them, once they had our email ...
Terrible quality products
I bought 2 pants from cotton on online shop. The pants start to unravel after 2 months of use. Paid 39.95 for each.
I have ordered three times in past few months both baby clothes and 6 year olds clothes. Navigating online store was easy, decent selection, slightly higher prices but it meets the quality of products and delivery was fast, inside a working week within Sydney metro during lockdown. Only complaint would be bad quality Goonies Boys Shirt, seems to be original merch, but the cotton pattern has twisted in the torso section, in comparison with Spiderman Black glow in the dark shirt which is superb quality.
Terrible returns service
Cotton on has closed off their phone lines and referred to online help for assistance. The live chat is absolutely hopeless and I am constantly repeating myself, transferred to multiple online consultants with chats then getting hung up on. The online chat system is useless and you don’t get any help.
6 weeks since my return item has been delivered back to Cotton On and no responses! Will never purchase again.
Been ordering my product since Sep I haven’t received the product at all it been over 3-4 weeks and filing a dispute against them hasn’t helped at all none of customer service will bother helping my enquire whereabouts my parcel has been and it Unfair it over like $153 and conversation is been copy and paste worth of stuff and making excuse… and the false tracking code with courier please with someone else old register code not mine! It make me mad that I have never had any trouble and experience from them before it disappoint me so much, and concern if the parcel are accurate and correct.I have no patience to provide my answers from them without no support and dispute from them at all!

Took very long time to deliver
I place order last two weeks not even process. I just imagine when will it come. This will be my first and last experience purchase online with cotton on.
No return option for faulty products for customers that live 2 hours away to closet store.
I bought a piar of Cotton On light green demium mens casual shorts last Sunday (Oct long we) from Cotton On, Maroochydoore. I washed them the very next day with only 3 other new articles of clothing. It appears the washing liquid has reacted and taken the colour out of the front of the shorts in large sections making them appear now more than faulty. Never been more.
I emailled the head office asking what could be done. After numerous emails Cotton On simply refuse to offer any returns or exchanges for country clients. I don't go to Maroochydo...ore just to shop and was there for the holiday. I live in Murgon a 2 hr drive. Cotton On simply have not offered to do a thing and didn't even ask me to post the shorts back to inspect insisting I drive 2 hrs each way. I purchased at least $500 from Cotton On this year from Emerald and Maroochydoore. Cotton On were simply not interested in assisting me what so ever. This is a disgraceful returns policy for country customers with no options available. Brand new shorts, never worn cost $50 and Cotton On have simply profited with no due care about keeping a regular customer. Very disturbing actions by Cotton On.

Delivery drop down box is set to 'express' - which is only $2. Most customers, will say 'why not'. DON'T. Cotton on use Couriers please and they will not deliver your product. I have been waiting since the 12th of August for a delivery. IT's now the 17th of September. I have contacted Cotton On several times to figure out what was happening. Worst experience ever
First, The packaging was damaged as it was already cut opened.
They charge extra for express post but the delivery arrived after 10 days.

I payed EXTRA for express delivery. Didn’t come for 4 days at first + 2 weeks! Easy 2 order but..
Terrible manager at Oasis Shopping Centre Broadbeach
A young blonde woman, who very loudly claimed to be the manager there, was extremely rude and acted like everyone is under her, even the customers. Somebody needs to teach her manners and that customer comes first. She does not deserve the managing positiong as other employees were much more competent there than her. Also very fake and loud and calls all the customers no matter their age, ‘babe’. C’mon, some customers were middle aged. Very disrespectful.

Awful customer service
Norwood store. Returned product purchased with gift card. Had receipt etc. First told couldn't get a refund and had to purchase something today. Finally said could only refund to gift card and had none in stock so I would have to come back to store on another day. I insisted on refund for click and collect item was picking up. When realised I was serious about walking away they finally managed to do a cash refund and I repurchased click and collect item on credit card. Very unpleasant shopping experience. Wont be returning.
Several brands under one umbrella; I usually find something cute
THE GOOD: Cotton On allows you to shop their multiple brands on the one website. You can browse Supre, Typo, Rubi, Factorie, Cotton On, etc., all at once. Cotton On (and their other brands) are pretty good at staying on trend when it comes to styles, cuts, and colours. I find cute things on the site regularly and just return things that don't suit. Customer service has always been good and I have never had a problem. Cute but simple/not expensive-looking accessories. Brasilano underwear is EXCELLENT; so comfy and flattering and make your butt l...ook great. (I wish they came in white). Great microfibre fabric on these. Generally, some creative use of fabrics (for example, they've carried some really cute stretch-velvet tops and dresses). ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Some of the fabrics could be improved (for example, tops and dresses don't always wash well depending on the fabric blend and weight). Some are see-through in lighter colours or not flattering for curves. (For example, light-coloured dresses will frequently show panty lines). Cotton On jeans are too tricky for me so I don't buy these because I just don't feel confident enough that the fit will work. It can be tricky for me to determine what will work for my body online but I still always find some things that do. I think Cotton On could also carry more thick, stretchy, bodycon styles (not short, though!) and cute jackets. Anything that is very soft, cozy, thick, or stretchy would be a hit. I always keep an eye on Cotton On for decent basics as well as trendy pieces and knickers. Not everything ends up working for me but I pick and choose styles and never have a problem with returns. If fabrics could be improved a bit I would be a very happy customer. (I wonder if they would consider adding a premium line...?) Also, if they'd consider carrying more fitted and soft styles, velvet, suedette, tie-waist styles, etc. because I always go for these. Also, more guidelines for purchasing denim online and consistent sizing and stretch for this category. More stretch and fitted styles in thicker fabrics (I would be willing to pay a bit more) :) Your current colour range is very nice but I'd always love it if you could add more maroon, camel, beige, because these are my favourite colours. Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?
