Cotton on used to be a good cost effective brand, had fairly good quality staples - followed some trends but didn't get too carried away. Their jeans were always questionable fit/wear but overall I loved shopping there. Now it's following Gen Z fashion trends so hard, there is no mix of basics and trends anymore and the price has risen significantly. $70ish dollars for PJ pants! Calm down Cotton On you're not Peter Alexander, you should stay in your lane. Even cotton on body/active used to be amazing and now it's ugly and expensive yet no better quality. I hope it changes soon because I miss shopping there.

I have made two orders with Cotton On online and both times I paid for express shipping just for it to be really late. My latest order should have been delivered today but I didn't even get a shipping confirmation or tracking number. After contacting their live chat, someone was able to give me a tracking number but it hasnt even been loaded into Couriers Please system so who knows where it is or when it will arrive. I'm pretty annoyed with myself for ordering again online, hopefully I won't forget next time I have the urge to buy cheap bad quality clothes.
Cotton on sells some really nice things, but it’s a little messy eg. My pleated skirt had some loose thread, and the shipping takes a while.
I ordered two packages one arrived today the other not here yet. The one I just received came as I was in the living room so I could see it being delivered. This man walked not even up the steps of my house and threw my package at my door. I understand it is just clothes but that is horrible... they also say my second package isn meant to arrive AND I PAY EXPRESS SHIPPING but when I search it on "couriers please" website its changed for in another 3 days. Seriously, update your customers on these things.

Garbage Thongs, Difficult Sandals, Order Mix Ups, and Where The Hell Do I Leave a Review?
I've only made two online orders with the Cotton:On website and both times my order was incomplete. The first time an item was simply missing, the second time it had been replaced with something I never even looked at. Oddly enough, both times the missing item was a Flow Writer pen. The item they sent instead in the second order was nail polish. When you look at the Returns and Exchanges information online it has a section about extra items being delivered, so apparently it's a common problem they can't seem to fix. Luckily, when I went to the ...
Read moreTypo store to exchange it in Geelong I didn't have any issues. I have shopped in-store at Geelong's Typo three times and the staff in that store always seem to be in good moods, or are at least helpful. My second order (which arrived about four days ago) also included Sporty Stormy Thongs, which promptly tore within the first fifteen minutes I wore them. I was at the beach and apparently they aren't meant to get wet because in no time at all the fabric attached to the thong ripped on both shoes. I wasn't trying to walk through the water with them on or on loose sand while soaking wet, they just got wet from a wave lapping on shore. They felt good when I wore them, it wasn't a wrong size issue. I've had plenty of other fabric thongs throughout life (I can't wear plastic ones, I get blisters) and they all made it at least a year of regular use before breaking or fraying. I know these thongs were only $15, but I've had similarly priced ones that were better. This is shockingly poor craftsmanship. That order also included some Kim Combat sandals, which have two buckle locations. I didn't think about it at the time of ordering but once I went to put them on I realized it was very difficult to get them buckled as the buckles are on the very outer edge of the sandal, making it hard to reach. The holes are also very small, making it even more difficult. Once I have the shoes on they are comfortable, but it's an ordeal. Happily, the swimsuit I ordered has been great so there seems to be at least one clothing/fabric item that works as desired. I have seen a lot of other reviews on here and other places with people complaining about clothing products though. Sadly I didn't look online for reviews before using Cotton:On, otherwise I may have avoided some of the purchases I made. I will say that my shipping/delivery experience has not been terrible like a lot of other reviews. My two orders each arrived within 5 business days of purchase and the package was in good shape, only missing one item each instead of half the order like some others.Hi all so I went in a week ago and bought some presents from my.son to give to me for Christmas. I bought a bag from there in within the first week of having it the bag broke. What do I do. Do I take it back an tell them or no point ? The bag cost me about $20 or so ?
The sizing and clothes themselves were perfect. The issue I had was with the amount of plastic used to wrap each individual item. Is Cotton On able to wrap several clothes in one singular piece of plastic before shipping it to the same address? It seemed unnecessary to create such a large amount of plastic rubbish for my one order :(

I used to buy in Melbourne but now i moved to Sydney and it seems like is so expensive. Also you buy tshirts for $25 and one week later is $5. It seems like you just need to wait what's left but it also means the overcharge is insane.

The clothing in this store are reasonable for their price. The quality is usually a bit under decent but it also depends on the item you are buying. I was satisfied with level of the store but I see improvement/

(regarding Womens range)
* The product pages don't have enough garment info - some have none at all.
* The sizing charts need a LOT of work.
* There absolutely needs to be some kind of customer feedback option - reviews are crucial when shopping online especially when it comes to clothing, to know what sizing suits what body types.
* Shipping takes 3-5 business days, free over $60.
* Returns are FREE, which is something.
* There are frequent sales, which is awesome.
* Clothing quality is CHEAP - they've definitely compromised quantity ove...

The quality of cotton on clothing is poor for the listed RRP, however, if you manage to get items on sale, great deal! e.g. $10 jeans, $3 tops, $5 shoes
Love the store. Blazer I bought wasn't very practical though. A Heads Up.
ok easy to navigate satisfied with the range of products available but for anyone looking to get the relaxed blazer, just a heads up: it doesn't have any working pockets. also it's super thin so it's more spring wear or autumn wear when its super warm or you can wear a jumper inside or something. it didn't turn out how i expected it to but thats mostly my fault for not checking it out properly and just looking at style. if you're just after style and fashion then this blazers sick but if youre after practicality then this isn't the blazer for you.

Questions & Answers
Still haven't received the tracking number after purchase it and been almost 3 weeks now , very disappointed!!!!!!
Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?
